I was there yesterday close to 5pm waiting in line. To hear the worker yelling at a customer because they couldn't be heard. The worker wearing ear buds looked at me and yelling saying it was cash only. I waited patiently to ask if they had the footlong desserts and told me they don't carry them but the subway app shows it and there is a picture of them on the wall saying available. I was taken aback by what rude service I received by one young lady. Since the get go many unnecessary rude comments were made to me before I was in line to order for example, "The line is over there" (With a stank face). When I finally was in line, I was taking out paper where what I was getting was written on it. The young lady said "can I help you in a low voice, and said it once again very loudly and rude.
