“I got food from here the other day and had a pretty pleasant experience while here. I had ordered through the app for faster pick up, and the food was ready when I got there. The food as a whole was hot and fresh and my bowl was packed and my travel buddy’s burrito was also packed too.
The store was also very clean too and the staff were very nice and helpful too.
Will definitely come back again in the future.“

“I can only speak on the Downingtown drive-thru location. The manager was friendly and enthusiastic. If you want drive-thru Mexican food, it's way above Taco Bell. It's the same food as their restaurant locations but with faster, drive-thru service. My burrito was delicious! The only negative was the burrito was in a cold tortilla. Their tortilla chips were excellent as well. The best part is their prices have lowered! You must try the shrimp tacos as well!“

“Always delicious and consistent with quality. I have never not enjoyed my meals here. Authentic and tasty with a vast menu. This is easily our goto Mexican restaurant and top 3 of all local joints. It's affordable and belly-filling. The kids love the chimichangas and tacos while my vegetarian wife loves their veggie burrito and chips. I love their corn tort tacos with any of the give or six proteins. Their homemade sauces are incredible especially the habanero sauce. Friendly staff highlight the authentic delicious offerings. Don't hesitate to eat here. It'll become your favorite.“

“Best Tocos in West Chester! Was hesitant at first because Al pastor at restaurants is usually disappointed, but I was not let down. Only minor complaint, is they could double tortillas for the tocos, and skip the thin paper that individually wraps around the tocos, cause paper started to fall apart too easily and had to make sure it didn't rip and fall into the food. I'll be back!“

“Good food and generally great service. Many restaurants are short-staffed these days and Plaza Azteca genuinely strives to provide good service. We enjoy the casual and fun atmosphere and we enjoy the huge menu that will satisfy any taste. Our favorite is the KOP location. Keep up the good work Plaza Azteca.“

“Great food, easy location, friendly staff. We have had 2 great meals here to date and are headed over for lunch today. The steak burrito and birria are amazing. “Very good food. But we live in a mexican-dense area with faaar better authentic restaurants around. These guys were ahead of the curve with incorporating, from the business standpoint. You wont be disappointed, but do some searching. Or go to Kennett square.“

“This restaurant was much anticipated and is greatly appreciated! Their food presentation and quality are always consistent and in-point! I love good food and this restaurant doesn’t disappoint. “I'm writing this as I'm eating my tinga tacos. Firstly, this is my third time ordering in a row, this week, for lunch. I moved to WC from Philly and was finding a hard time finding good Mexican. I am shocked by the subpar reviews because I think they're food is DELICIOUS. The flavor is what's the absolute best and they stuff their tacos so you are getting a lot. I also love their smoothies. Would recommend 10/10. I haven't been in person so cannot feedback on atmosphere or service but the food, which I order via DoorDash is so good.“
