“The food was delicious“

“Our family recently visited the Turkey Ranch. My oldest son is disabled and has Celiac. I messaged them before our trip asking about options for him. They replied with a list of items that might be safe. The best part was our waitress. She knew what I needed to know to help me order. She agreed the Ham dinner was the best option and right away said no Fries to me. That made me relax so much. Plus she brought his plate out after bring everyone else’s plates. Most of them had gravy and that way his plate didn’t get anything on it while serving. It helps to have a waitress or waiter that knows how to help you order. Thank you so much!“

“Mels Deli is our go to place for breakfast and lunch. The wait staff are always friendly and do their best to keep things moving as the place gets very busy. We can honestly say we've never had a bad meal here. Great coffee, homemade soups and delicious sandwiches!“

“Would definitely recommend stopping by here. We made a pitstop off the highway here and our food came promptly. I had a bowl of chilli and a 1/2 burger, both were excellent, my partner had the soup of the day (clam chowder) and prime rib sandwich which was also fabulous along with the chips that came with both meals. We had a side of fresh cut fries to share that were good too. The server, "Leslie" was very busy when we arrived but she still had good insight and recommendations, while being timely and attentive, even with it being Saturday at lunch time.“

“I have been to Griggs many times. The food,staff and atmosphere is normally always good. We went there for dinner tonight and I decided to order breakfast. The eggs didn't come out the way I ordered them and the home fries were not fit to eat. The Waitress just said sorry it wasn't the way you liked it and the home fries weren't good and walked away. Offered no solutions I was very disappointed with my experience this evening. I really enjoy coming here to eat but tonight certainly was nothing like previous visits.“

“Had the lunch buffet during the weekday for $8.99. Everything was warm and savory. The salad and toppings all tasted fresh. For such a small buffet they had a wide range of American food like chicken and waffles, goulash, fried chicken and corn nuggets. Only four stars because there really wasn’t any great tasting food, everything was just good.“

“Great fast food. Seated to check in 50 minutes. Food was delicious. Hot rolls are carried to your table as you are seated. Comes with cinnamon tasting butter if you like that. Ordered appetizer. Got salad first. Them appetizer one minute later. Was still eating appetizer when entree appeared. Took salad home. Felt rushed. So depends if you want a dining experience or just want to eat quick. But good food never the less.“

“For got my fries, my sister didn't get her fries on her salad. No refill on my drink, BUT The Waitress did a Amazing job keeping cool and tried making everything right. My food was good and the Waitress did great! Staffing was terrible. 1 new cook and not having enough staff.“

The server had no personality and didn't have a smile. Only as we were ready to pay the bill did she ask if we want any refills. Our glasses sat empty for a little while. The atmosphere was good.“
