“I just had the best tasting pork chop I've ever had in my life.....I almost ordered another ha. The au gratin potatoes were delicious too! Completely unexpected awesomeness. I figured I'd just grab a sandwich and fries or something.....glad I didn't. My word.....delicious. And....only $13.....heck yeah. There isn't a ton of places in these here hills but dang what quality!“

“We have been to Dave and Ruby's several times and always came away happy. We stopped tonight and had the best T-Bone we have ever had in a restaurant. Cooked to perfection--like it medium-well and that's what we got without being burnt. Busy, but still got served quickly and excellent service. We very seldom order steak because we're usually disappointed--not this time--GREAT! We don't usually write reviews, but this time was an exception! Thank you!“

“This has got to be the best food I’ve had at a restaurant in all of Pennsylvania! That may seem like hyperbole but my wife and I had a long discussion and couldn’t think of a single one that came as close. We each got a soup and I could not decide which was better as they were both phenomenal. The chicken schnitzel was great and loved the beef stroganoff! The coup de grâce was that bread with the egg yolk in it, amazing!“

“Had lunch here on the way through the area on 24 March. We had excellent service, delicious soup and terrific entrees. The atmosphere was fantastic with a crackling real fire. Prices were reasonable. If you are in the area and like American cuisine, give this place a try, you will like it.Parking: Plenty of parking and easy/off from roadway“

“I had a wonderful dinner! The Salmon entree was so delicious and perfectly cooked. The ham and bean soup was the owners recipe and was amazing! The bartender Alex was friendly, attentive & made a great martini. Can't wait to go back and take my husband! And... the view of the River is priceless!“

“The Edge Bar and Grill is one of my favorite places to eat, have some drinks and talk to the owners and the employees! It's a very welcoming place and the food is delicious! “My wife and I decided to try Dutch Haven on Friday night. We walked in right at 4:00 as they opened for the dinner service. We were greeted by a lady, I assume was the owner as she was very welcoming. The restaurant was clean, though a little dated. However, I did feel like it was homey. I ordered the Beer Battered Haddock. It was really good. The slaw was full of dressing, but very tasty. My wife had the Black and Blue Delmonico. She felt the the steak had a lot of grissle. For $26 it wasn't very good. The highlight of the night was the Lemon Raspberry Cake. It was fantastic. We will definitely go back. With the steak being the only downside, I believe it's worth another try.“

“I have been going to the Venture Inn for years. A couple of guys and I stopped in a couple of days ago. Everybody's food looked and tasted good. Our waiter was pleasant but did mess up one guys order of no onions. Not a big deal though. The prices have been going up but, depending on what you order it's still reasonable. I would recommend the Venture Inn for folks who want to go to a nice family friendly restaurant and bar.“

“Everything about this place was great. From bartenders, room, drinks, food, owners, and the outside bar. They have cameras for the parking lot too. We got there after the kitchen closed on the bikes, the bartenders made us some chow anyway. Couldn't ask for anything better“

“we had our 15 year anniversary vowel renewal at bald Bird brewery, and had Gunzey’s cater. The food was delicious and perfect pairing for an open bar. We had the flatbreads and wings and our guests were raving about how good it was. Mark was a pleasure to work with and made sure we were happy with every step of the process! Highly recommend“

“Stopped in for lunch today. Haven't been for awhile and was wanting to go back. Actually tried to pop in last Friday evening but upon opening the door and seeing no tables available (mind you, the place is small and narrow and basically has maybe four high top tables unless you sit at the bar), we opted to go elsewhere for our dinner....But today we arrived around lunch time and was able to grab the last empty table. Our server (who was also the bartender), Sarah, greeted us with menus and took our drink orders. I chose the tuna and swiss melt and hubby ordered a dozen wings. My sandwich came with a small bag of chips (fries for a slight upcharge).Our meals came promptly and looked delicious. One bite of mine and I knew I'd made the right choice. The tuna salad was nicely blended and didn't have an overpowering fishy taste. Piled between crunchy buttery toasty wheat bread, it was the type of sandwich that you needed a knife and fork and I enjoyed every bite.Wings were meaty and the sauce was the perfect amount of heat with just a tease of sweetness (I tried one) - and hubby agreed. A dozen of these were quite substantial and we wound up asking for a box to take five home.We're glad we stopped in and will definitely be back. Nice job, Old Corner!“

“Great little restaurant in an old market house building that creates a great atmosphere. The waitress was very polite, food was on a really good time and very delicious!!By the way I took my wife there for her birthday breakfast so that's got to stand for something!!Wheelchair accessibility: There's a door on the right side of the building off of the parking lot.“

“A local, casual place known for their chicken wings and sandwiches. I had their No 9 Club Grilled Chicken Sandwich and it was very good! I was able to substitute steamed broccoli for french fries and it was a great low carb meal. The cole slaw was very good as well. Just the right amount of food for a delicious meal. I will definitely come back the next time I am in Lock Haven!“

“The food at wayback is great, best burgers and milkshakes in Lockhaven. However, they turn over employee regularly, and have a poor training program which causes and problems during ordering/checkout. Further there is a manager/supervisor who is not very friendly to customers and embarrassingly rude to the staff.“

“Nice friendly folks with good solid choices for breakfast. Opens early for the regular people not the people apparently served by Fox Market who chooses to open 3.5 hours later. Mmmm. However Train Station comes shining though with hot coffee, hot food and friendliness. Definitely go and enjoy this fine establishment. Avoid those who can't get out of bed for you like Fox Market.“

“We stopped into this place during a long road trip, and we were not disappointed! The booths need to be redone so they’re more comfy, but the food and service were wonderful! I had the meatloaf dinner with the smoothest mashed potatoes I’ve ever had (including my own mother’s), served with fresh peas. My husband had the lasagna special that came with a salad. Our bill was around $35 and I tipped the super-pleasant waitress $10 in cash. I think they tax their tips that’s why I do cash.“
