“Wow this place has amazing food, it's incredibly affordable, and it has a pretty nice vibe. You have to try it I recommend. Like you only need 12 bucks and you can buy anything on the menu. Also the atmosphere makes you feel like your on a bar in a movie. It's amazing trust me.

Plus there are slot machines here, along with a TV tuned to either news or sports.They have value meal deals all day, endless breakfast offers all day too.“

“Today I stopped at The Hungry A. I have driven buy there many times. As I walked in the owners and people in there all greeted me like they know me. I had a coffee and it was one of the best I ever had. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. I will be be back. But what really got to me I walk with a cane and one of the girls there saw I was having a hard time she came around the counter and took what I was carrying and helped me to my car. Today there are not many people that are kind as she was. It made me know that there is still kind people in this world. If every would take the time to be kind to someone just once maybe it could be a start to make this world just a little better“

“This is a great little breakfast and lunch spot. I have had breakfast here and it is excellent. The eggs, toast and hash browned potatoes are done just right. Nice size portion of potatoes too. The lady who takes the order is nice. She always repeats back my order to make sure she got it correctly. Coffee is self serve and they let you get a refill. They serve Korean lunch dishes and dumplings which I plan to try very soon!“

“I’ve been searching Philly for years for something that came close to my beloved San Diego breakfast burritos. Nothing out here came close. Throwing eggs and meat in a tortilla seems easy enough, but trust me, out west burritos are an art form. Well, my dream came true today at Vinnie’s. “I read all the positive reviews and had to check it out for myself. I have always found it difficult to find something as simple as a good breakfast place. But this time i found it! The second I walked in, I was impressed. The hostess greeted me immediately and with a smile. I asked if I should order now and she smiled and explained that she'd take my order and she'll bring it to me. It was very pleasant. The store itself is clean and bright. I ordered two eggs medium, sausage patties,home fries with peppers and onions, rye toast with a little butter and a medium coffee. Everything was made exactly as I ordered it. The portions were generous and the coffee was great. Thirteen bucks for all that. Perfect. I'll be back.“

They have lunch, but it’s a small menu, but it’s all homemade dishes which is definitely a good thing. The interior is fun, having many different pictures and nic nacs of old timey trends and fads. “I stopped in here for the first time this morning. The staff was very friendly and sat with me to take my order. It was very nice. The restaurant does not serve pork, so do not worry if you have restrictions. Non-meat fare is available as well. I thought the food was good and the potatoes were well seasoned. I had issues with some of my Canadian cards not working to pay and I felt bad causing a bother during busy breakfast hours. “The food is tasty, and the prices are very reasonable. For a little over $8, I got a platter of scrambled eggs, pork bacon, and cheese grits. Toast comes with it - they have both white and wheat bread - If it was extra, it was only by a dollar or so.
They used to have multiple tables that you could sit and eat at, but not anymore. The back of the restaurant looks like they're renovating, so those tables are not there. That is the only reason I didn't give the atmosphere 5 stars. However, there is one long table up front. There are no chairs, but on it are the various condiments: ketchup, maple syrup, salt and pepper, hot sauce, etc. My fiancé and I didn't want to eat on the train we were waiting to catch, so we ate at that same long table. Standing up and eating was the better option than trying to eat on a fast-moving train and/or bus.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating.“
