But what stands out about this place is truly the staff- from the bartender to the food runners to the wait staff- everyone was so friendly and helpful. “I'd give this 5 stars had I known the tacos were going to be corn. Not a fan of the corn taco, but, if I was forced to pick a corn taco, this would be it. The fajitas were off the charts. The spicy sauce that came with the fajitas was delicious; I would buy it by the bucket. The guacamole is some of the best I've ever had. Didn't love the tomatillo sauce. Rice and beans were alright. The woman taking orders was ultra pleasant. The wait was long enough to let me know that my food was being made to order but not so long that my kids were screaming in the car. Nice little touch with the individually wrapped lime pieces.“

“Recently tried DOHO when when trying to order tacos from our usual places on Cinco de Mayo but the kids didn't want to wait 2+ hours and couldn't have been more impressed with this new hidden gem in Mt. Airy. Creative dishes and everything we ordered was delicious. Only tried about half the options between our family of 5 so definitely need to order again soon!“

“I visited Coyote Crossing for the first time. The food was amazing. We ordered guacamole & steak and shrimp fajitas. The restaurant was really fun. Our server was really nice. I would absolutely come back here. A couple things that will inform future visits. One of the great thing about their food is that they smoke it. This also means an incredibly strong smoke filled restaurant that permeated my hair and clothes and made it almost difficult to stay there. I would wait till it is warm and sit outside only. Lastly, the price. My lunch was $100 for one guacamole and two fajita orders. No alcoholic drinks even. While wonderful this seemed really high.“

“This is my new favorite place. Everything I've tried has been amazing. Birria pizza, beef and chicken birria tacos, fish tacos, chips, guacamole, everything! The loaded steak nachos are to die for! Even my big eater could only eat 2 tacos so the food really does last days.“

I was told about this place by a coworker and decided to give them a try! The customer service, the freshly (on the spot) prepared meals, and the L.A. Taco Bistro signature sauce were all excellent. Be advised, with your food being prepared fresh to order, you will have a wait. My next time, I called ahead and my food was ready at pickup.
