“We just picked up a meatball, Italian beef and a patsy( Italian). Absolutely fantastic! The Italian beef with the homemade giardiniera is definitely the best I've ever had! The Italian was packed with quality meats sliced nice and thin with fresh lettuce, tomato and onions. The homemade meatballs and sauce were also fantastic! I could go on and on about the quality and taste of the sandwiches or how friendly everyone was, but you have to try it for yourself! You will not be disappointed!! How could I never have been here???? I can't wait to try the rest of the menu! ♥️ 5 ⭐“

“Another awesome spot for food in the strip district! This is a place to get both Polish classic hot foods as well as other imported items like candy, drinks, teas, meat, and so much more. I got to try their cheddar potato pierogies as well as a chocolate wafer, apricot drink, and kvas from the store part.
The pierogies were great. Warm and fluffy on the inside. Filled to the brim with potato and cheese. A bit oily, though. Good amount of onion on top without being overwhelming, and a solid price for the portion. Definitely delicious.
And, all the items from the store were great too. The wafer was pretty basic for the price, but still good. Great apricot drink, super refreshing. And the kvas…I missed this a lot. So good, great price honestly.
All in all, definitely stop by if you are in the Strip District!“

“This location was recommended for a medical school reunion in Pittsburgh by our alumni association. The food was excellent and the portions very generous. We did the family style dining for a large group, and it was very well received. One of my Italian classmates sate the the Cacio e Pepe was the best that he had tasted outside of Milan. I would strongly recommend this location for really first rate Italian food and a great atmosphere“
“B & Z catered a family reunion dinner for us on Fathers Day for 35 people and everyone just raved about the food.
They were so easy to work with and delivery was prompt and easy.

Always customer focused, he offers a great selection of lunch options, made to order tasty sandwiches, daily specials, homemade soups and a variety of breakfast treats for those who start the day early. He has faithfully served his customers for more than 20 years, daily Monday through Friday. He is a great example of a hardworking successful independent businessesman and entrepreneur. It is well worth a stop to enjoy the food fare and hospitality of Monroeville's premier sandwich shop located in the lobby of the medical building across from Max & Emma's.“

“We love Pirollo’s. The place is small but immaculate. The staff have always been friendly and efficient. The battleships are excellent with quality ingredients. Hours are limited but it’s definitely worth it to make the effort to stop in.“
