I really appreciate how the team acknowledges customers, greets them, and lets them know they will be helped shortly. That shows great communication and respect for the customers. The lobby and bathrooms are always very clean, the food is fresh and hot, and they are always willing to make fresh chicken if you don’t mind waiting.

“I had to come on and talk about the young man I believe he said his name was Ben. I was in twice yesterday and during the second trip with my older son he came over to ask how everything was. My son who has anxiety and autism and usually won’t talk to me when we are out starts asking Ben his birthday. I told my son he was working and couldn’t talk. This young man had a full conversation with my son and said that was his job to make sure my son enjoyed his time there. I can not thank you enough. It may just be part of the job for you but it was a lot more then a meal for us“

“Tex's Chicken & Burgers location on Woodland Ave has good staff members that prepare the food with care about quality and quantity. They make sure you have enough food for what you have paid for. “went to Jersey Mike's for the first time today. The Oaks or Phoenixville store on Egypt Road. Patricia from Drexel Hill waited on us. She could not have done a better job,from explaining the menu(sizes,breads, and choices) to making our delicious sandwiches (#13 on her suggestion and a club), she was AWESOME. I must say that Patricia was a wonderful spokesperson for the chain and is very good at her job. I like to give credit where credit is due, and she made our first(but not last) visit to Jersey Mike's extremely enjoyable.“
