“Very good baked goods but a limited selection and a very limited time frame to buy. I haven't been able to catch them open in a few years so I got up ridiculously early to make it happen this morning (arrived before 6 AM on a Saturday). I walked in, was not greeted, and had to listen to the lady behind the counter complaining to another lady. When it was my turn I picked the six donuts I wanted but she only had five in the box so I said I had wanted two of the one kind and she said "you only said one". Why was that necessary? Just grab another donut, and maybe smile and say "hello" when a customer walks in and don't subject customers to your grievances. Make people feel welcomed and appreciated especially since they've gotten up so early to patronize your place of work. Very good donuts and Italian bread though.“

“Of all the Dunkins I've been to recently this is the only one thats been good. pleasant service. the coffee fresh, hot, and was stirred. I don't want to have to stir my sugar or suffer the entire cup to a bitterly sweet end lol. they did well.“

“I normally never have an issue here, but today I ordered a coffee through doordash paying $20. I have a usual that I get every time. I NEVER complain. Today the coffee I got didn't even taste like coffee. It was dark brown, tasted burnt, and had a HORRIBLE aftertaste. The manager was amazing and took care of me with no problem, but the faces and ignorant comments by one worker were EXTREMELY inappropriate and unnecessary. Again, I NEVER complain. I had to find a ride to have it replaced. If you mess someone's order up, take responsibility and deal with it. Don't be rude in return. Mistakes happen. If I pay $20 for my coffee, I expect it to be what I order.

“What trash I don’t know who the man is working there but he’s dryer than the donut he gave me with absolutely no filling in it and had the audacity to be ignorant to us when we asked for a different one . Like ew on top of that they had no basic donuts. I will never in life go back to this one ever. I literally laughed at this whole encounter what a joke“
