“It's Starbucks. but if you're from out of town and wondering "is this a good Starbucks?" Yes it is but it does tend to get very busy at peak times and especially on weekends. And the drive thru line will be very long. If you're in the area during those times, the one in Target may be a better bet. If youre driving on 70/79 and looking for somewhere to stop for coffee, try the one on Racetrack Road instead.“

“As someone in upper management, I know the importance of reviews. The people who love you, tell you and don’t leave reviews, but the ones that had a bad experience always leave reviews. I come to this location just about every morning. I’m here out of town working and the service is the same every time I come in. I’ve tried anothet within a few mile radius from this one, and it doesn’t hold a candle. I’m singling out Ashley because she told me her name this morning. She had a bubbly personality and seems like she tries to make the day fun for herself and employees around her. Although I don’t know everybody by name, the whole staff deserves acknowledgment. You all are amazing. Thank you.“

“This location is relatively new. It was put inside our local Target and we tried it for the first time. Another great Starbucks! It was empty when we went so the service was fast. We love the very berry hibiscus! Theirs was as good as the other locations.“

“I’ve been a regular for a while now but I just wanted to highlight the baristas at this location, more specifically, Holly. She is always incredibly kind and from the very first interaction makes you feel like a friend. She recently recommended a slight (but game changing) alteration in my drink that I usually get and I went with it and she was 100% spot on and I won’t be changing it anytime soon because this slight change made all the difference! Anyway, I wanted to highlight her, again, because of how kind, caring, efficient, and knowledgeable she is about the products offered and her obviously wonderful work ethic. Her customer service skills are quite rare in today’s climate and I think she truly deserves to be recognized in some way by upper management.Hopefully management sees this and takes the time to appreciate her for all of her efforts and rewards her for work ethic, skills, and her smooth upselling abilities because she damn sure knows how to get the product right with her customers!Holly! From the unhinged customer that gets a caramel latte every single time and often at night (?) I truly want to thank you for just being a kind human and being great at what you do.
