I came here after an ER visit and Philly made sure my food was fresh after I waited in the very busy drive thru, without me even asking. I wasn’t upset about waiting as I know that late night can be busy but was very impressed with the level of assurance that customers are satisfied. “This is by far the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. As a college student at west chester university, I eat here frequently since it’s very close to campus and it’s a great experience every time! Order is ready very quickly (literally, it’s ready in like less than 2 minutes after placing), with the food being hot & fresh, the employees are so kind, the inside is always clean. I wish all other McDonald’s locations would be as good as this one is!“
