But what I wanted to say is I give props to the manager for going above and beyond for help to rectify the situation....thank you! Visited on 7/7 at around 4pm at the one in Hatfield PA...didn't get the manager's name but want him/you to know it was very much appreciated.“

“Our waiter, Tyler, is super friendly and on top of our order and drinks. The manager - Jess is very kind and made sure everything was delicious. I highly recommend for a cute date night very affordable price and the food is great service is also top notch overall great experience and very kind people who work here 100 outta 10 will be back again. “Nice atmosphere but bartenders to be more attentive, waited 30 mins to get a beer. Two bartenders kept serving one side of the bar. Came to our side and served someone that just came up even after I asked the bar tender when you get a chance can you get my order. Maybe it was a fluke, I did when is busy I have worked in the service industry.“

“My friends & I (party of 10) met at Capone's on Sunday, March 24, 2024. We were set up in a room that made it very easy for us to talk with each other while we ate. The menu gave a lot of options for all of us, the service was outstanding, and we were not rushed. Michele the waitress was great, polite and professional, my service was perfect, my prime rib dinner was fabulous, so was the crab cakes, salad, mash tasters, and french onion soup. His mannerism was impeccable and his fast pace of service was awesome. I don’t understand why he’s not a manager. “This was my first time visiting Topgolf, and I had so much fun! I was there with a bridal party for a celebration, and we had two sections reserved for us. The food and drinks were delicious, and the bartenders were really friendly and pleasant to interact with. I didn’t think I could ever really enjoy golf in general, as it typically just hasn’t been my thing - but Topgolf proved that wrong and offered an experience that reminded me of the pacing and fun of going bowling.
