But what I wanted to say is I give props to the manager for going above and beyond for help to rectify the situation....thank you! Visited on 7/7 at around 4pm at the one in Hatfield PA...didn't get the manager's name but want him/you to know it was very much appreciated.“

“8/23/25 My wife & I were at the Lansdale PA location for dinner. Our server Theresa was so awesome. Very attentive of anything that needed to make us feel relaxed and comfortable. As well, we met a new assistant manager and a kitchen manager whom were both really friendly and professional. Their entire team at this location were working together like a well oiled machine. The restaurant and bar areas were both full of customers. Thank you very much for the great service. We will definitely be visiting this location quite often. The cheeseburgers we got were fantastic 👏 👌 🙌 😍😍😋😋😎😎❤️❤️💥💥🙏🏼🙏🏼👊🏻👊🏻💪🏻💪🏻.“

They have a parking lot. They have TVs which were all playing The Masters today. Bethany was our server today. She was friendly and attentive. We’ve been going to Franzone’s for over 20 years. They are celebrating their 70th year anniversary.“

“My friends & I (party of 10) met at Capone's on Sunday, March 24, 2024. We were set up in a room that made it very easy for us to talk with each other while we ate. The menu gave a lot of options for all of us, the service was outstanding, and we were not rushed. “We showed up today a Steppys very skeptical because of name change. But all was good old Steppys. Michele the waitress was great, polite and professional, my service was perfect, my prime rib dinner was fabulous, so was the crab cakes, salad, mash tasters, and french onion soup. “Dominic was our waiter and he was awesome. He talked a little bit too much, but his jokes were actually pretty cool. My husband and I came to Applebee’s to grab something to eat after being on the road as we are not from Philadelphia. As soon as we have to, Applebee’s, we were able to park right in front of the door. We walked in and we were immediately seated, placed our order, etc. Service was fast. We didn’t have to wait for a table and we didn’t have to wait long for our food. It seems like everything was done immediately, which was awesome. We did the two for $25 deal and it was pretty nice. All the food came out nice fresh and hot. I’ll definitely give this Applebee’s a 10 out of 10. and I will definitely come back if I was visiting.“

“Tyrell was excellent. He was bartending and serving. We came in as a party of 7 and somehow he was able to be very attentive while multitasking with several other tables and a few people at the bar. He deserves a raise, made the dining experience very enjoyable.“
