He was also very polite and even told me not to apologize for not being able to tip more than I had. (I felt $1 on a $54 order was just way too small and hated that I didn't have more cash to tip with.) He told me "Don't ever apologize for what you tip, we are grateful no matter what" You don't see a lot of people like that in the food industry and it was a great experience!
