That level of thoughtfulness, consistency, and attention to detail means so much to me as a parent. It gives me peace of mind and makes me feel valued as a customer.

Mr B thank you for helping me get enough gas to get home. Plus they donated a cup of coffee and a donut while I was counting out my change. “When I walked in to pick up my mobile order, I noticed the only employee there on the floor on a prayer mat. I gave him time to finish his prayer and he stood up and asked if I was waiting for an order. After he gave me my food and coffee, I walked out, but just as I left I noticed he had put his prayer mat on the shelves where the mobile orders go. The mat had just been on the floor, and now was on a shelf that holds people's food. I am all for religious freedom, but store employees can practice their religion and keep a sanitary environment, too. He should have placed the prayer mat in a discreet corner where customers won't see.“

“This Dunkin' location has very professional staff members that care and definitely have attention to detail with food orders. Multiple staff members check the food slips. I came to Dunkin at 5:55am and the doors were locked due to the lobby not being open until 6:00am. The staff member seen me walking away back to my car and the employee waved me in while walking towards the door to unlock the door. Very kind staff.“

“I shouldn't say this too loudly but...rushing every morning to get Dunkin and be on time for work is hard enough - add the density of the Philadelphia region, people rushing and rude and sometimes a Dunkin parking lot can mirror one of Donte's Levels of Hell.
However, last year I found this magical Dunkin Donuts. It was the morning rush, and here's a Dunkin with no drive-thru on a busy Pike, yet somehow most mornings it is not insanely crowded and always operates smoothly.

But this isn't what makes this Dunkin Donuts awesomely different. Those that work at this Dunkin are super kind and amazingly hard working. The shop is always sparking clean and the employees are beyond helpful, polite, courteous and cool :)

So just wanted to say thank you very much. I may not know names but seeing the same smiling faces every morning is a nice way to start the work day. So thank you so much for everything!

“It’s not a regular Dunkin’ locations, instead it’s located within a gas station store. Not much space for parking and crowded most of the time. Staff working here are usually good people. But whole arrangement is different than any other convenience store.“
