This is my favorite location but I'm not in the area often. The employee there was a rockstar and so patient and kind. The location was pretty packed when I went at around 2pm on 4/3 with a few complicated orders per customer. She kept a great attitude, made nice conversation, and made the orders and checked everyone out with a smile and a nice greeting. Kudos to her for her amazing customer service and it would be great if she could have some help during busy times im her shift!
Ordered online and once I picked it up in the time frame given it was melted and missing 2 main ingredients for what I added and paid extra for. I couldn’t go back in as I’m from out of town and was on a time schedule. Plus the line was extremely long inside.

Hello I went to Coldstone last weekend, their ice cream is so delicious and they have a vegan option but I wish that they would add more vegan options for people who don't eat dairy at all. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
