“In Cedarbrook Mall this place's services are awesome. They give you your money's worth. Out Blair Mill Rd that cold stone is horrible. The true pits and ice cream 🍨 is 🤢 nasty 🤮 they give you little scoops as well. Never going back and telling others it's not worth spending your money there. Go to Cedarbrook Mall it will be well worth the travel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Always a good time to get ice cream! They can have a long line sometimes, depending on time of day and of course weather. But they are still quick and I'm surprised at how quickly I move through the line. They call you to the window, as they hand out orders through the same window. Be prepared to hear what you ordered yelled out, they will take other orders through the window to keep things moving. Limited seating but most people take it and leave or walk. There's a bench on the corner at the light. It would be nice if they added a second trash can up that way at the edge of the parking lot since there's a spot no cars can park. Overall highly recommend, we've converted friends to coming here too. The fall flavors are all great, and they have a ton of different options to get.“

“Too difficult to buy a cup of coffee here, the coffee ordering set up should be in the front, not the back and why is it so dark in the back? I want to like this place but it has no vibe…just the sight of staffers running around. The Hostess always looks bored and the back is like a madhouse. It’s one of the only places to get a cup of coffee ☕ near to Rittenhouse Park but where it’s well lit, it’s a quiet upscale grocery shop but the back feels like you’ve entered a subway station at rush hour!

Not sure what the remedy is but I’d suggest that you open up the front space, remove the annoying velvet rope and stop putting “reserved” signs on all of the tables (just sit people there who want to enjoy a cup of coffee for 15 minutes). This is a beautiful spot, but boy does it stress me out once you walk in the back.

Put on Italian music and hire some drop dead gorgeous guy or gal who knows how to convey ITALIAN WARMTH to customers!!! Every time I walk in the hostess is shy. She should be greeting guests and be IN FRONT, not planted at the podium.

My biscuit was light and buttery, our eggs were perfectly fried, and both sandwiches had generous amounts of breakfast meat and came with tots. “As always, the water ice is very good and I never have any complaints. Whether it's a small or large, it's always served packed well over top of the cup so you actually get more in your serving than you would think you were getting. There is only one problem which prevents this place from getting a five star. When you pay with a card, the electronic kiosk does not give you an option for no tip. 18% 20% 25% 40%, if you don't want to tip, you have to go to a completely different screen, and then just choose to pay the amount that your order has cost you. It's very confusing and I feel very presumptuous on Rita's part because, if I was sitting at a table and server came over, took my order and then brought my order to me at the table, then I believe a tip would be in order. When I have to get out of my car walk up to the front counter, waiting in line and then place my order. I don't feel that a tip is necessary. But they make it difficult for you not to tip and for that, you lose a star.“
