“My burger was dry but it was only one experience I don’t feel I can rate the whole Burger King bc of that so it’s a Burger King sometime the burgers are dry and sometimes they are not just depends on who is working overall the place looks clean and inviting“
“Went here for dinner with my mother and brother. There were a string of highly disrespectful customers within the line to the point the poor young man running the cash register had to step away and step outside to calm down. The lady bagging food had a man barking orders at her and she calmly asked him to be more respectful when talking to her. Eventually the manager on duty stepped in and took over there order taking.
I commend the workers of this store for remaining respectful, level headed, and professional during this time. Yes these peoples job is to serve you the customer but they are not required to deal with Disrespect and unruly behavior from customers. They do have a right to refuse to serve you if you want to treat them like they are less than you. It's not hard to be kind and a little kindness goes a long way!!!“

This evening, I went to Burger King to try the new Brisket Whopper. The store was extremely busy, and I waited about four minutes for my food—no problem at all. But when I got home, I realized the brisket was missing from my sandwich. Still, knowing how busy it was, I didn’t make a fuss—I simply drove back.
On my way into the store, the manager (who I now know is named 𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧) was walking an order out to a car. He saw me and kindly asked if everything was okay. I explained there was a little mix-up, and he said, “Go on in, they’ll take care of you.”
Inside, I spoke with a young man named 𝐊𝐚𝐢𝐧 who had taken my original order. He immediately apologized and assured me they’d make it right. Moments later, the manger 𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 came inside, asked about the issue, and apologized again. He personally remade my sandwich and let me tell you, it was perfect! The fries were hot, the sandwich was spot on, but more than anything—the customer service was SUPERB.
Yes, they made a mistake but they owned it, fixed it, and did so with excellence and a smile. I’ll take that kind of service any day!“
“Excellent customer service. Super hot food. One of the things I value most about a restaurant is that when I arrive, at least someone will tell me if they can help me. And they were very kind
