Chili's in York

“What we had hoped would be a quick, late night Chili’s stop in the middle of a long drive unfortunately turned into a much lengthier stop due to this location being short staffed. However, our waitress was very friendly and our food was just as delicious as expected!“

“I have to say I used to eat at Chili's 2 or 3 times a week a couple years ago. I don't get to go to Chili's as often anymore but I don't know if something's changed or if this location is that bad, but this was the worst experience I've ever had at Chili's. It Started from the moment we walked in to be honest with you I think things would have been better if we had just turned around and walked out. The hostess was the most lifeless bad attitude not wanting to be there type person I think I've ever encountered at a restaurant. The servers were wonderful they had just been set two four tops, and a 10 top around the same time as us so we had to do a lot of waiting. Things were slow and with a 2-year-old it makes it very difficult. I ordered the queso as an appetizer it came out a little warm but within a minute or two was cold, as though it was scooped into a cold Skillet. The waitress heated it up for us and I believe they comped it (I forgot to look.) I ordered the trio I don't even know what to say about it, the sliders looked like they were cooked yesterday the Buns were pretty burnt and lifeless the meat was cold the cheese was cold and stuck to the meat I don't know if they have different ways of doing things in Pennsylvania than they do in Texas, California, Arizona, or Washington State, all the other places where I've eaten Chili's recently. The chicken strips were like something you would find at a buffet restaurant that sells Third Rate meat they were very tough very little meet, overcooked but yet cold. The egg rolls weren't that bad they were skinnier than I'm used to and kind of beat up. They ended up making me more Sliders and bringing a couple of good pieces of chicken out we will definitely be back to try one more time but I'm worried because if it's like this it will be the last time.

5 25 26 We came back two other time, plus this time and things have been excellent today the food took a little longer to get out the normal and the table was a little sticky but other than that everything was great thank you for keeping things great!“
