I will never understand why people who hate people take jobs that requires human interaction. Also, if you had you job, at least try to hide it from the customers. I recommend the people they have working the drive through either find new jobs more suitable for their personality, or learn to fake it. I know its fast food and I dont expect a lot from the food or service, but when you can't get a simple greeting, thank you, eye contact , or acknowledgement other than to snach...read full review
Good food, but Customer Service was lacking
Went here for the nostalgia of a long john silvers since its been years, flavors brought back memories. Location was fine, but service was slow and cleaning could of been better as there was a greasy film on everything including the tables they cleaned while we were there. Location could use a proper safe serv manager to up the standards and possibly a remodel to improve flow, would not recommend dining in currently especially if you have touch sensory issues. Long John Silver's | KFC in Lancaster County, PA remains a beloved childhood favorite. However, there have been some complaints about being out of Pepsi and cash handling policies. Overall, despite small issues, the food is consistently hot and fried to perfection, and the workers are professional and accommodating.
