Good place for ice cream and snacks. Lots of souvenirs to choose from.
Really impressed by the server the girl was so helpful i got half liter and had no idea about it but she helped and it is really a nice service.

The waffle cones are freshly made, buttery crisp, and often rolled in jimmies, filling the shop with a wonderful smell. The staff is incredibly fast, friendly, and helpful, providing superb customer service and professionalism. The location also sells a lot of non-ice cream merchandise, including souvenirs and snacks, which are much cheaper compared to other local shops. While the square footage dedicated to merch might give a tourist trap impression, COWS is the real deal. Housed in a historic pharmacy with original woodwork and a tin roof, it is a fun, nostalgic stop and a true PEI institution. Many say no trip to Charlottetown is complete without a visit.
