“My wife and I were visiting the island and figured we’d grab breakfast at a local dine in restaurant, and chose Receiver Coffee - The Brass Shop. SO GLAD we did! WOW wow wow wow wow! The food was DELICIOUS and the coffee was amazing. The ONLY thing that topped the food was the HIGH QUALITY service we got from the young man that served us. One of the best…ever! Seriously one of our best dining experiences. Next drop over to the Island will definitely include a stop here!“

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to entrance and can easily navigate the first floor. Bathrooms are quite difficult to access for wheelchairs however.“

“I was at Smitty's in Charlottetown today and I cannot say enough about how amazing our waitress, Lexi, was. First of all the service was fantastic, but this waitress was the best I have ever had in any restaurant anywhere! She was just so present to us as if we were her only customers. She made us feel so appreciated and it was genuine. I can't believe I didn't notice her nails, but that speaks of her attention to us. Will we go back, in a heartbeat. Thank you for the best experience in a restaurant ever!!!“

“I recently visited Boston Pizza in Charlottetown and had a really good experience overall. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The restaurant was clean and spacious, making it a great spot for both families and groups.

The food was delicious—especially the pizza and pasta dishes. I chose vegan option and ordered the Mediterranean pizza, pasta and garlic bread and it was loaded with flavor. The portions were good, and everything was served hot and fresh.

My only suggestion would be to consider adding halal options to the menu. It would be a thoughtful addition and would definitely make it more inclusive for people like myself who follow halal dietary requirements. Even just a few clearly marked items would go a long way.

Overall, I’d happily go back and recommend it to others. Great food, great service—just hoping to see more diverse menu options in the future!“

TODAY MY FRIEND AND I, HAD A WONDERFUL LUNCH AT THE TOP OF THE PARK, OUR FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT ON P.E.I., HANDS DOWN. THE SALAD, THE MEAL AND THE DESERTS, WERE TO DIE FOR. WE PAID OUR BILL, WENT TO THE WASHROOM, AND OUT TO THE CAR. WHEN WE REACHED THE CAR, I SAID, WHERE IS MY PURSE? BACK TO THE RESTAURANT, NOT THERE... BACK TO THE BATHROOM, NOT THERE... SEARCHED THE PARKING LOT... NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. WENT TO SECURITY, AND REPORTED SAME TO SCOTT TAYLOR. I HAD ALL MY VALUABLE CARDS, AND OVER $300.00 IN CASH, IN MY PURSE. BY THE GRACE OF GOD, THE MAINTENANCE MAN FOUND IT IN THE PARKING LOT. THE STRAP HAD BROKEN OFF, AND IT FELL. I DIDN'T EVEN NOTICE...
