“Family friendly and welcoming atmosphere, it is one of the few restaurants with local cuisine at a fair price and that I don't consider a “tourist” spot to see and be seen! I love coming here whether it's summer or winter! A great blessing to Silvia, Adélia and Tiago who made us so welcome! “

Beautiful environment and dining room staff attentive to our needs.
Quality of food not adequate for the price.
Starters are better than main courses.
Very good fish soup and ceviche.
We didn't like the paella (overcooked and rice not combined with seafood) and the picanha (overcooked and in my opinion priced too high for 4 slices of meat).“

“Nous n'avions pas réservé mais nous avons décidé d'attendre avec un verre de vin blanc en terrasse rapidement rejoint par d'autres couples et familles. Le patron et les serveurs étaient très sympathiques. L'attente a valu la peine tout était délicieux. Très savoureux, je dirais une cuisine familiale typique et généreuse. Je recommande vivement avec réservation.“

“A magnificent rice, monkfish rice and incredible shrimp. We ate a rice for 2 people that looked more like it for 4 initially, but as it was so delicious, we ended up eating all of it.We finished off with a homemade almond tart, which was also very good.To be repeated certainly and quickly.“

“We had dinner as a family a few days ago, we came from Troia guided by good reviews and recommendations. As a note to improve, our table took a long time to be ready, despite how attentive the owner and the rest of the staff were at all times. The mosquitoes didn't help in the wait either....
But then we had a very good dinner, very good value for money, the cod, the prego nao prato (steak with potatoes), the homemade desserts, and the restaurant was very lively and with a very good atmosphere, we liked it a lot. If we have the opportunity to return (of course, mosquito repellent is important), we will certainly return.“

“The restaurant operates as if it were a nightclub. If you know the doorman, there's a table and you go in straight away, otherwise you'll watch people you know pass by. I had a reservation for 3pm and only had a table at 3:40pm….“

“Located right on the beach, this restaurant offers a great atmosphere thanks to the great view and matching furnishings. The service is also pleasant and courteous. The menu is diverse and offers, on the one hand, many different fish dishes, sushi, but also classic burgers and other meat dishes. Vegetarian dishes can also be found, but not in abundance. The food is beautifully presented and deliciously prepared. Unfortunately it was served rather lukewarm, which means it gets very cold quite quickly, which is a bit of a shame. In terms of price, this restaurant is on the higher side, as you'll probably have to expect €60-70 per person if you want more than one starter. With a total of 4 stars, the restaurant is definitely worth a visit.
Vegetarian options: There are 2 exclusively vegetarian dishes on the menu, otherwise a few salads are available.
Parking: Parking can be very difficult on weekends.“

“Fabulous restaurant. Very friendly and attentive staff, Mr Varejo is TOP, wonderful view on Comporta beach. Monkfish rice is very good, however if you could have fresh monkfish it would be even better, the divine cataplana just a suggestion of accompaniment or fried bread or fries is a tip. Prices a little above average but it's all worth it.“

“All options are vegetarian, but can be made vegan. I had the mushroom Brás style. I was expecting the egg to be substituted by chickpea flour and soy cream (like I make at home), but it was just the sautéed mushrooms and the stick chips. I was pleasantly surprised as it was quite good! Nice relaxed atmosphere a d very friendly staff. Updated from previous review on 2024-06-09“
