Hop on the tram to ouro for the lunch service (12h) you won’t be disappointed . English menu if you ask, daily specials. Lovely local staff/owners and the desserts are delicious. A rare treat
Typical local café/bar where locals come to have a traditional snack or beer, with a great view over the river. The menu is a bit tapas'ish, in terms of you can order many small things, and is all great.Try the cabbage soup, cod sandwich, a bifana, or a plate of Rocket dish (super tender pork), but you'll be pleasantly surprised with all, and the prices are very reasonable. 4 of us tried the whole menu for about 40 euros, including beer.Unfortunately, they don't do Fado anymore...read full review

Traditional restaurant, fantastic food made by Dona Piedade.Typical Porto tasco frequented by simple and genuine people. Homemade food at prices that no longer exist.I loved it, I will come back and recommend it
