We had a fantastic Portuguese tasting experience at Emotivo. The food was delicious! The concept is creative. With the open kitchen right next to the seating, the whole experience had an intimate feel to it - like chef Sara is cooking for you at her house.
The owner and chef received us and came to our table when we finished.
Also, it is an open kitchen with a limited number of clients in a small space. This means that she has a direct connection to the clients and is aware of everything happening at her restaurant, which is something that I have never experienced.
All the dishes we tried were really tasty and the quantities were perfect even for a person who eats well.

The most amazing food we had in Porto! The only issue was that the portions were too large, and we were so stuffed by the end of the night! ?
The chef and waiter were so very pleasant and friendly as well, and recommended a beautiful red wine to accompany our meal. You can see the passion they have for food, as everything was beautifully presented and so very fresh.
