“I have eaten there a couple of times and most of the employees are great and make your food just like you asked. Only twice have I had a bad experience. The downside atm though is that they've been out of cheesy herbs bread for 2 weeks now, which I feel like is a long time for a store to be out of it.“

“I gave them 1 star cause my wife did a order on Uber. We waited 45min for this order.when it finally came all there was in the bag was spaghetti and a peach iced tea.we did a order of 60$ 2 sandwiches a peach iced tea and spaghetti for my kid. When we checked to see we can do a reorder they were closed. Very bad service not happy or impressed.

Edit: spoke to ray the manger I changed my review and fixed it they really got back to me fast and easy and I really respect what they did 5 stars for everything.“

“I've been a customer since they had opened and it was always amazing, I haven't been since covid, randomly walked in yesterday and was amazed that the prices are the same, the size and quality of the sandwiches are exactly the same and that everything is just perfect. I took the classic with the classic sauce, peperette and Stewart's root beer. Had amazing service with a smile, everything prepared exactly like I wanted, I was excited like a kid to get home and destroy it. I am so happy. So many businesses (95%) went downhill in shrinking everything and charging DOUBLE. Dagwoods did not drop.“

“Great place for a tasty sandwich. Nest the Jean Talon market, but decided to go Middle Eastern instead. Got a panini style pita stuffed full of well seasoned meat and cheese with the traditional white and spicy sauces and a satisfying non alcoholic beer.“

“I arrived early on a Tuesday morning to pick up some lunch to-go. The cafe was empty and I was helped immediately. I ordered the ham & cheese croissant and a hot tea for under $10. Then I unwrapped the sandwich for lunch I was surprised it was pressed but it was a nice touch. The tomato and lettuce on the sandwich seemed a bit on the short side but the croissant was delicious and there was a decent about of ham and cheese. All in all a very good value for the price. I would definitely stop by this establishment again.“

So sorry that I can't remember the name of the woman who served us, but she did say she was originally from Newfoundland. She was a delight! Nowadays, it's quite rare to experience that level of customer service, where the employee is genuinely happy to interact with you and does her best to ensure customers have the best experience possible. “I had an amazing experience here. Not only was the food great, but the customer service was exceptional.

I accidentally left my purse behind and didn’t realize it until I had already left. The next day, several people contacted me through Messenger because Badia, one of the employees, had posted an announcement on Facebook to help find the owner. Thanks to her kindness and honesty, I was able to get in touch with the restaurant.

When I went to pick up my purse, Badia was no longer there, but the staff made sure it was really mine by asking me to describe what was inside and verifying that the photo on my ID matched me. I really appreciated how seriously they took the security of my belongings.

In the end, I got my purse back with everything important still inside.
