This is not exactly an authentic Banh Mi, but nor do I care. It's like 75% Banh Mi, 25% North American sub. The result is fantastic as the sandwich is much wider than most Banh Mi, packed with crisp veggies and a decent layer of flavourful meat. It's a truly filling Banh Mi that mostly justifies the price. I love eating at Le Central, I enjoy the casual seating options and just how quickly you can stop by for a quality meal.
Best Bahn mi in Montreal, great service, delicious fresh food, 10/10 I recommend anyone that wants a fast and great service.
Delicious banh mi sandwiches! Tried the barbecue pork banh mi and it was so flavorful, fresh, and well-balanced with vegetables and cilantro.
