“J'ai été au restaurant La Griottine à Ste-Therèse. Le riz collé est très delicieux. Le griot est bien epicé,très juteux et tendre. J'ai gouté aussi le tassot boeuf. C'est tellement bon. Ça fait couler l'eau à la bouche. Le service etait waw. Je recommande ce restaurant à tout le monde qui aimerait rassasier d'un bon plat fritay, d'un bon tassot cabri et boeuf. Ils ont une variété à votre choix.“

Je tiens à remercier Claudette, Marie-Alice et tout le staff pour leur professionalisme, leur écoute, leurs belles recommandations. La nourriture était de qualité, fraiche, savoureuse. “This neighbourhood Haitain restaurant is a mixed experience. My man is holding this place down as a one man show. The wait could get a bit long, and the place isn't as polished as it could be, but if you actually get to talk to him he's an honest, hard working man trying to make it. He is doing a lot by himself and I respect him for that.
The food was bomb I'm not even glazing, freshly prepared and it was worth the wait. My one complaint is that I only got a single piece of plantain. The meat was fantastically seasoned though and the rice was tasty too. Awesome plate overall. Price was average.“

“For an unassuming hole in the wall, Le Fils à Maman offers a homey atmosphere of a classic mom and pop shop, and the food is to die for. The Griot was the perfect mix of salty and tangy, and the rice was phenomenal! The owner is also beyond kind and generous and a good company when it's not busy, spent 2 hours chatting with the owner and had a blast.
Please check out this place if you need a taste of Haitian food.“

the best haitian food in all canada not just in Montreal ,the seasoning brake your spirit and make you dream and remind you the good alekin ,the anba dra that we used to eat back home in port of prince
No other restaurant in Montreal cook like they do cause many restaurants owner don't even know the taste of a good Haitian food but they need to take care they clean and treat the food cause the green salad still has the sticker“

The ladies behind the counter are beautiful souls and the food was superb.
Me and my friend had chicken with rice, plantain and she even threw me a few pieces of the griole to try.
10/10 for the whole experience.
It’s a grab and sit atmosphere with enough tables to host a few groups of people even though they probably do mostly take out and delivery.
The parking situation is a bit sketchy but very worth the walk if need be“
