“The morning team was actually working. That is a first. They were having fun while working. Store is spotless. Employees cleaning theyr station regulary.... during the 2 mintutes I was there.Unlike several restaurants i visited where the employees are chilling instead of working, leaving the store dirty. Keep up the good work.“
“Tiny Tim's without a drive through, people who go there are regulars and will look at you if they've never seen you. If feels like a classic Tim's, no renovations, very nostalgic and they got some cool limited Tim merchandises by the counter on discount.“
“I give it a 4 because during the week in the morning the service is impeccable. Courteous employees and fast service. On the other hand I would have given it a 5 but due to the service on the weekend I removed a star. Sad service at the weekend otherwise non-existent because today Sunday still closed despite the fact that I was told yesterday that it was open. The employee was behind but not open at 10:30.“

“We stopped going to this Tim's because of terrible service however in the last few months we have returned because of excellent service and better prepared food. We have appreciated bring served by a young man with dark colored hair (I am sorry I didn't catch his name). He is polite, efficient, quick, helpful and bilingual. We will be tell8ng our family and friends.“
“Excellent service.The 2 guys working there where really polite,nice and fast ... coffee and donuts were fresh and my daughter said that it's the ONLY Tim Horton who can make an EXCELLENT ''café glacé'' I give 5 stars but i only went to drive through ... most of the time if service is good at drive through,it must be the same inside !!!“

“Your average timmies, but service was a lot slower than normal compared to others, had to wait over 20 minutes just to make an order. Could be I just bad timing though.Other than that, the tables were as clean as the last person that sat there since the staff doesn't have time to clean them during a rush period.“
“Good service is like poetry. hard to come by. It relieves you not just the coffee and make it worthwhile the s'jrn but beyond. Joey here was pure joy to be served by at this location. Canada recently has such a bad rap with its disturbing customer services, notwithstanding albiet some exception here.“
