“La Diperie in Pointe-Claire is the favourite ice cream spot for my wife and I. We love the choices of dips and coatings and the ice cream is of an excellent quality. BUT I did not give full stars for service because for some reason the opening hours are often not respected. On multiple occasions when the shop is posted as being open we are majorly disappointed when we arrive and the doors are locked. The latest time was this past Saturday in mid afternoon, probably the last beautiful summery weather day on a weekend for 2024...and it was closed up tight! So we went down the street and made do with another ice cream shop. The word of advice if you don't want to be disappointed is to call ahead, don't believe what you see posted on Google for the 'open' status, it's often not correct.
UPDATE: The response from the La Diperie Team was also disappointing, they completely ignored the complaint about not respecting their opening hours. Am I to presume no effort will be made to correct this pattern?“

Wow, Diprie has the best ice cream in town—smooth, creamy, and so full of flavor it could make you forget your own name! I was ready to call it a perfect experience… until I met Samantha. She was so sweet and charming, I couldn’t decide which was more delicious, her or the ice cream! Honestly, she served up scoops with a smile that made every flavor taste twice as nice.
If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience, head to Diprie. Try the ice cream… and definitely say hi to Samantha! It’s like getting a double scoop of happiness! ?“

“I went to buy some blizzards this morning at 10am. What good service I received from the 2 young employees! They were very nice, friendly, the service was really fast and my blizzards were delicious, the ice cream in my blizzards was super well made. It was really delicious! “Best Mr Puffs in MTL, in Lasalle. I've been to a bunch and I'm the Mr Puffs guy in my family lol. The guy on the weekend makes them the best, crispy even when creamed up and all. He's there during the week too but not sure if everyday (tall guy). Very flexible with the flavors.“

“Wanted to try everything here! The sweets here are delicious, and service is bilingual and friendly.
We all had soft ice cream dipped in different toppings:
- dark chocolate and brownie
- cotton candy
- salted caramel
All were sooooo damned good!
Our lattes were alright, but not amazing (it's an ice cream/dessert shop, so that's what I'm evaluating them for, after all).
Enjoyed our visit, will be back.
