“This DQ is very good the manager Corey is highly organized and always seems to have a good bunch of students getting us all of our favorites quickly and efficiently. Even when it can be very busy on the hot summer days it's still quite good out quickly you can get served I go there the first time every year and order my small ice cream and a big cone everybody's starting to know my order when I get there. I've gone out of the box this year and try to bunch of different blizzards and things it's all very good. Apparently they make really good hot dogs and I never tried one so I'm going to make sure I do before it closes for the season good job guys keep it up!!!!“

I have opened my new Mr. Puff Apps and tried to scannez it to earn points. But unfortunately the error message said: Insuffisent balance on card 0.00$. I should had to ordered on App instead of attempted to scannez my bar code and having and issue. But I prefer to pay Cash instead.

The staff told me it’s a Gift Card on your app. I thought it’s for to earn points like Subway, McDonald’s or etc.

“La Diperie in Pointe-Claire is the favourite ice cream spot for my wife and I. We love the choices of dips and coatings and the ice cream is of an excellent quality. BUT I did not give full stars for service because for some reason the opening hours are often not respected. On multiple occasions when the shop is posted as being open we are majorly disappointed when we arrive and the doors are locked. The latest time was this past Saturday in mid afternoon, probably the last beautiful summery weather day on a weekend for 2024...and it was closed up tight! So we went down the street and made do with another ice cream shop. The word of advice if you don't want to be disappointed is to call ahead, don't believe what you see posted on Google for the 'open' status, it's often not correct.
UPDATE: The response from the La Diperie Team was also disappointing, they completely ignored the complaint about not respecting their opening hours. Am I to presume no effort will be made to correct this pattern?“

“Not much to say, the ice cream is tasty, we tend to go for the vanilla soft serve and I had it dipped, which I think is must here, it is in the name. There are just so many options to try, I have only had a few and the dip is quite thick, not just a thin layer. A nice place for dessert and not too pricey.“

I would prefer to drive all the way there from Châteauguay because not only are they such wonderful owners and staff, they are super clean, organized and always have what I need. “Wanted to try everything here! The sweets here are delicious, and service is bilingual and friendly.

We all had soft ice cream dipped in different toppings:
- dark chocolate and brownie
- cotton candy
- salted caramel
All were sooooo damned good!

Our lattes were alright, but not amazing (it's an ice cream/dessert shop, so that's what I'm evaluating them for, after all).
