“I went to this branch this Friday, November 24, 2023 around 9:20 p.m.Little Lily who works there, WOW!She received us and took our order. Smiling from start to finish, despite the late hour we arrived.I have a cheese intolerance. I asked for extra bacon, but the container had a few bits of grated cheese inside. I kindly asked him if it was possible to have ends without cheese. Well, to my great surprise, she went to get slices from the bottom of the dish to be sure! First good impression.2nd good impression: Our 2 orders were perfect. No errors, no missing vegetables in our subs, well packaged.3rd good impression: We wanted to get some Orangeade Crush from the machine but there was none left. We gave her a note about it and she immediately took care of it. At some branches, at 9:30 a.m., the staff is sleeping quite a bit. But she! Really bright and helpful.In conclusion, our entire visit to this branch went well. We expected to be served by tired young people who give less effort at the end of the evening...but in the end, we received the warmest welcome in a Subway ever.Lily deserves a good little pat on the back for her work. Helpful, courteous, diligent, fast. I took it upon myself to leave her a good tip to thank her.I hope this note reaches her.“

“Well this was a fantastic surprise! While in the West Island, we intended to stop at Toasties for lunch then noticed Dagwoods right beside our location.

It had been a long time since I tried Dagwoods in general and never thought much of it.

This specific visit though surpassed all my expectations, not only with the food but with the friendly staff there today.

We had the spicy Italian sub and the beef one. Really fresh and tasty and plenty enough to satisfy our taste buds, at an affordable price which is something a lot of similar restaurants cannot provide.

Never thought I’d make a review like this for Dagwoods, but thanks to this place and staff for largely exceeding my expectations!“

“We are big Dagwoods fans and this one in beaconsfield is the best. Would take off one star cause the wait is sometimes long...The staff is courteous and we sometimes spot the owner making sure everything is ok.The location is ok but would be better right next to the McDonald's.They make a good sandwich here at Dagwoods beaconsfield, unlike the one on des Sources which is not good at all majorly because of the poor attitude owner.If you're on the west island and not sure what to eat, come to Dagwoods beaconsfield, it's the best of the Dagwoods in the west island. We know cause we tried the all.“

The owner actively works his franchise and does a fantastic job. He oversees his team and coaches them to help ensure a great and consistent customer experience. He is not only giving his employees a job, but seems to truly care and is giving his staff life skills which is more of what a “boss” should do, kudos to you. Drop by to see what I mean. “I would like to sincerely thank Neil for my amazing experience at Subway. Im tech challenged and he helped me to complete the promo on the app, and was incredibly kind and respectful. He waited patiently for me when making the order and was super polite and so easy to talk to. Was so easy going and fast at his job. My food was fresh and made so nicely. I dont know who the Manager and/or Owner is, but i hope they read this review and promote this young man. He truly deserves it, he cares about his work and he knows what customer service is. “It was good. However, the Blainville sur la Seigneurie restaurant does not offer salad mixing. It's not a big deal, but it's not practical at all when you eat it in the dining room. The different vegetables mix very poorly with a simple fork.“

When we went up to order the food, their staff was very kind and very easy to talk to. There were no communication errors, and all the food was correct. We ordered a family platter with a lot of sandwiches, and all of them were very tasty and fresh. And after that we also got lots of cookies and also the footlong cookie which was all fresh and warm tasting absolutely delicious.“

“The service is quick when it's rush hour and the restaurant is clean. The food is good. I go there quite often and it's positive for several points but towards the beginning of the afternoon often they have one of the 2 soups left on the menu and sometimes the 2 so I have to fall back on chips when my goal was to eat a slightly healthier trio.I don't know why but when I ask for onions I often get black olives instead so I don't know if it's a distraction mistake“

“Made order for $100 for a group of 10 via Subway app. which has all my information and paid in full to pick up the order. However, I had to wait extra time to validate my ID! Once the validation, service was great and sandwich was delicious but some ingredients were out of stock that we weren't able to figure out until we picked them up. The following request is not particularly for this store but whoever in charge of app. - please do not show not available ingredients on app. Also who is in charge of drink fountain - clearing the previous drink system would be great since my drink was all mixed up with the previously dispensed drink...
