“We can't believe we waited so long to try this restaurant. The meal was delicious and generously portioned. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely attentive. We went on Saturday night so we were able to try the lamb meals. Everyone loved them. The eggplant and zucchini appetizer was fabulous. We will definitely be back soon.“

While on a business trip to Montreal, Quebec, our Lifestyle Montreal manager recommended an authentic Greek restaurant in the neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed their lunch special, as the picture shows. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was lovely.
It was a pleasant surprise to discover that all their food is Halal.

“After many enjoyable dinners at this West Island Restaurant (Philinos) we highly recommend treating yourself to the best authentic Greek flavours, atmosphere and excellent service. From the cold and hot appetizers, soups and salads to the chicken, pork, lamb and seafood, all arrive at your table fresh and cooked to perfection. Having enjoyed their delectable specialties such as "The Mediterranean Platter for Two" and the option of bringing your own wine exceed all expectations for excellence. “We went Saturday evening and the food is still good, steak with pepper and mushroom sauce, Caesar salad, Greek potatoes, fries, rice, everything is delicious :) The waiter, I forgot his name, but we were there table no 31, very friendly, smiling, very attentive despite the large crowd and from what I understood there was a lack of staff and even if the service was very long almost 1 hour, I have nothing negative to say.
We were in a hurry because we had a show planned, we were afraid of arriving late but the understanding of the waiter brought us dishes very quickly to bring the leftovers that we didn't have time to finish and our bill allowed us to to arrive on time. Thank you to the whole team and continue your good work. :)“

“My family and I went Christmas eve..Like we do every year. Or should i say like we did because this is my last visit. THe witer was so slow to even intially take our order i thought give them a break because maybe a little busy actualy no this waiter was jsut not attentive to his tabes ... we waited quite but then when we need something else like a softdrink or anything we had to wave one of the busboys down to get them to help .It didnt just stop ther even We never even got asked if we wated desert ..Shame“

“Wonderful experience! Au Vieux Duluth in Ste-Eustache is our favourite restaurant for all the right reasons. Great service always and our plates are so delicious! So affordable too-bring your own wine. Place is big and roomy with parking in the front and back of restaurant. I recommend the Calamari, chicken brochette plate and brownie with ice cream“

“Atmosphere was average, the service is lacking my but the food is good. The food was fresh and flavorful. The calamari was on point, along with the cheese sticks. The mains were well plated but the rice wasn't very good. I would suggest a different option, their house salad dressing was light and tasty. That's a good option. The food is very food.“

“The restaurant is clean, the staff is very pleasant. You receive your food hot and in a timely manner. You never feel rushed to hurry and get out. I go for my birthday and my daughter's birthday. It's a great family owned business.“

“We ordered the meat platter for four, and the portion was very generous. The meat patties, chicken gyro, and sausage were delicious, though the pork had a few tough pieces (still well seasoned).
The Greek potatoes were a bit disappointing as they were quite greasy.
Cocktails were a highlight with an original twist—the Georgio Smash was especially great, and the Malaka Mule and Santorini Spritz were good too.
We also ordered a large SVK salad on the side, but it wasn’t as big as expected (especially compared to the one with the pita plate). It tasted good, though the dressing was a bit sweet and the feta portion was small.
Service was fast, and everything came out hot.
The place got quite crowded around 6:30, but overall a really enjoyable meal.“

“Excellent food, prepared on the spot, ample portions, friendly unique staff. The tzatziki is to die for. The atmosphere (over which Kouzina has NO control) could be better, but the food and the staff make up for it. Indeed, it is a hidden gem, hiding in a mundane run-of-the-mill older shopping centre but it's worth it. Try them out! You have nothing to lose but your appetite.“
