“Whatever the cost, we managed to come to the Panama restaurant by braving the snowstorm and the wind! What a nice surprise ! A room almost just for us! The 4 of us enjoyed a very good meal! I compliment the kitchen team for their preparation of seafood that is just cooked/grilled just right! Same compliment for the cooking and seasoning of meats (pork and beef steaks) from my partner and my grown children! They, greedy, also had a starter of fried squid which quickly disappeared with their aperitif drink! As they say, an empty plate is proof :-)! As for the service received by Mr Peter, it was excellent. He even took the time to take a photo of us to mark my special day! I've been vegan for 6 years and I haven't eaten meat in 20 years but the flavours are exactly what I remember and I was really impressed. The animal fries are 10/10 and my burger was delicious and juicy. My friend who eats meat got a shrimp po'boy and said it was even better than real shrimp. For salads, no worries about removing what you don't like and their vinaigrette is very good. The triopita starter is good but a little overpriced for the portion. “Hi! The Chicken Brochette plate was the best one I've eaten! We shared calamari, which was delicious, and they began the meal with a garlic bread appetizer, enough for everyone! The service was excellent. All of our meals arrived together. Every order was at our convenience. Explanations were clear. Water and drink service was continual and they had unique three-way water jugs to serve from anywhere on the table by the waiter. The Brochette was among the highest priced dishes but it was well worth it. I could only eat half! I took the rest home in the nicest, reusable, washable box I've ever seen. I thought I saw a baby Nipsey, too. So cute! He probably had nothing to do with it, but live on! Happy 90th birthday, Bernard's Mami!“
