“Really good food, especially the biryani“

“This is my 2nd time at the restaurant. This time we were 7 of us and we had a fabulous time. Clean, great regal ambience, Great staff speaks in French and English, Great food. We ordered combos but the food was so generous , we could not finish it,. WE had 4 boxes of left overs to take home. Food was aromatic and not spicy, Staff we lovely. Over all 5 Star dining and service. I already have a reservation to go back later this month. For future visitors to the restaurant try the Food Combos. Absolutely divine.. !!! Bon appetite a tous.“

“Got the bro-tien bowl and chilli chicken bowl.
Both were really nice and fresh. Chicken could have been softer but still that didn’t stop me from enjoying the meal. Adding fried potatoes was a nice touch especially with the spicy sauce in the chilli chicken bowl.“

“Someone told me to try the fish pakoras, desi pizzas (like butter chicken pizza, paneer pizza) so I’m rating so I remember.
Edit: I placed an order on skip the dishes tonight. The recommended items weren’t on the menu so maybe they only have them in house. The food was outstanding! I love the eggplant, aloo gobi, naurtan (mixed veg) but all the dishes and appetizers were good (other things I ordered were the malhi special roll, dal makhani, chickpeas and lentil soup. I wouldn’t recommend the lentil soup but it wasn’t bad.) I got medium spicy but I would say it was on the spicier side and I tolerate spicy food so I recommend getting mild spice unless you plan on mixing with lots of rice or bread. All items except the lentil soup came in paper or tin containers which is highly appreciated! I try to prioritize reordering from restaurants that use eco friendly packaging.“

“Dine-in location is fully renovated and has a nice indian ambiance. Food is of very high quality with an incredibly affordable price tag. Take-out options are quick and convenient. I go there maybe 3-4 times a year, staff is always friendly and accommodating. Will definitely try to go more often! Well done Dosa Pointe“

“I order all the time from this place. Recently, I decided to order Chicken biryani and Veg thali. Thali came with mix veg and some other curry. The mix veg was really good.
Biryani was one of the best biryanis I’ve had so far in mtl plus the quantity was huge. Two people were not able to finish it. Would appreciate if they could give more raita on the side which will make it even better.“

“I saw their instagram post for the Anniversary Sale. Unfortunately i was only available after 6, i still passed by to see how it was.
3 pros & 3 extreme cons !
1- food was excellent, authentic, and different doesn't leave me bloated.
2- surprisingly busy even after hours of their “sale”
3- very welcoming & their appetizers was booming !!

Now time for the cons

1- parking is horrible, barely any spot ( not there fault but i need to let the people know )
2- Another restaurant with that % off program which is great but i think the lady at the cashier didn’t want me to scan and redeem…… i mentioned it and she was trying to avoid it.. why have it up if you don’t want me to benefit from it?
3- the location is small. The food is beyond great. I hope business blows up we’re you will be able to move to a new location bigger and better !

“Although I have had samosas and sweets from Krishna's many times over the years, my first actual visit to their store was two weeks ago. In advance, I ordered 200 samosas for a funeral. They served them to me fresh out of the fryer. I was given almost too much delicious sweet tamarind chutney. The samosas, as always, were perfect. Karan also gave me some serving trays, which I did not think to bring for serving them at the funeral reception.

I appreciate their kind service and wonderful food. Do not hesitate to order from them. I look forward to visiting them again soon for a box of sweets, pakoras, and more samosas!“

“I was a regular of their buffet restaurant in Pierrefonds 25-30 years ago, before I moved from Quebec. Yesterday I ordered a whole bunch of their stuff, over $200 for take home in Hawkesbury to put in my freezer and it is absolutely delicious! I am amazed of the high-quality and I am going to be a regular customer for takeout from now on.

The food is very good, although we feel that the condiments and sauce are not prepared at the same time (the meat can sometimes be dry even in sauce) and that the mulligatawny soup is full of red coloring.
