“Amazing food that reminds me of home! The staff has been very welcoming for 4 years now I've tried Channa Bhatura from many restaurants, but it never gives me the taste I want. Then I tried it from Veg Bite... oh my god! It gives me the exact taste I want! I ended up eating 2 bhaturas all by myself! All the food is good, keep it up!😊“

“While the atmosphere is pretty basic the food you get for the price you pay is well worth it. It’s one of the few places that sells good food and cheap, which makes it one of my go to’s when in a pinch. The restaurant is also open late (until 2-3am) and makes for a good late night meal.“

“This is my 2nd time at the restaurant. This time we were 7 of us and we had a fabulous time. Clean, great regal ambience, Great staff speaks in French and English, Great food. We ordered combos but the food was so generous , we could not finish it,. WE had 4 boxes of left overs to take home. Food was aromatic and not spicy, Staff we lovely. Over all 5 Star dining and service. I already have a reservation to go back later this month. For future visitors to the restaurant try the Food Combos. Absolutely divine.. !!! Bon appetite a tous.“

“Dine-in location is fully renovated and has a nice indian ambiance. Food is of very high quality with an incredibly affordable price tag. Take-out options are quick and convenient. I go there maybe 3-4 times a year, staff is always friendly and accommodating. Will definitely try to go more often! Well done Dosa Pointe“

“Butter chicken, lamb curry, naan, Byriani and cauliflowers are absolutely delicious!In addition, for 4 curry and two NAANs it is less than $ 100 (the prices are very resonable). [Original] Le poulet au beurre, le curry d'agneau, les naan, le byriani ainsi que les chou-fleurs sont absolument délicieux ! “Felt over hyped. We ordered 3 starters, 555 chicken, garlic chicken and Apollo fish, all tasted the same. The briyani rice was a bit hard and dry. Our chicken tikka masala was actually kadai chicken with onion and capsicum cubes.

“Thrilled to have found this restaurant, for a special birthday celebration! Absolutely delicious food, and then like in India, meetha paans to end the meal 😁… The entrées were outstanding and beautifully presented - Paapdi Chaat, Dahi ke Kabab, and Basil Pesto Chicken Tikkas! Our mains were equally delicious Mutton Rarha, Paneer Methi Chaman along with Rice, Tandoori Naan, and Lachchha paratha. I see many future visits here 😋“

“On our fifth visit to Montreal, we decided to stay Downtown due to the winter weather. Our plan was to explore activities and restaurants that were easily accessible from our hotel. We mostly stuck to our plan, but there was one irresistible temptation: taking the metro train just to savor a mouthwatering and wholesome lunch at SpiceBros in Laval. The food quality, pleasant ambience, cleanliness, and the friendly and attentive staff at the counter always draw us back whenever we visit Montreal. On the second last day of our trip, we even encountered some familiar faces at the store who shared our love for SpiceBros.“

“Very authentic Indian food! The place is small and mainly for takeout, but the flavours are amazing. I ordered the Hyderabad dum biryani and chicken curry, and both tasted exactly like the food you get in India. If you’ve been to India before, you’ll recognise the authentic taste right away. “Really delicious food and attentive service! We were three people, and we got samosa, palak paneer, chicken tikka, a lamb and lentil curry, raita and naan to share. Absolute heaven! We got little shooters of mango lassi on the house to start, and our server brought us a portion of mango kulfi to share at the end, which was lovely. There was salt and pepper on the table, which I appreciate as a salt freak, and our server kept our water filled, which I also look for in restaurants. The bathroom was very clean. There was music on the TV, but it was not too loud to talk, and it was gentle instrumental music. Overall a lovely time, we'll surely be back.“

“This place was a recent discovery while I was walking through the MURAL Festival, and what a find it was. I wish I had photos to share, but you’ll just have to take my word for it… everything was absolutely delicious.
The samosas are a must-order. They come with a spicy date chutney and a refreshing yogurt-mint sauce, both of which complement them perfectly. We also tried the potato patties topped with chickpeas, similar to aloo gobi chaat?, but elevated with caramelized onions and sweet pickled cabbage that added incredible flavor and texture.
What makes this spot even better is how affordable it is, especially considering its prime location. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
And don’t even get me started on the mango lassi. It was absolutely decadent: rich, refreshing, perfectly sweet, and tasted completely natural with no artificial flavors. At only $4, it might just be one of the best deals in the city.
I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again.

“I walked in not knowing it was only vegetarian, I decided to give it a try anyway and was so happy I did, the restaurant is small but very welcoming and clean, the servers were kind, patient with all my questions and just had an overall nice energy, and the food was absolutely delicious, I loved the palak paneer the spinach and spice ratio was perfect for me, the tikka burger was also note worthy and delicious, will be recommending and will be returning :)“
