I go from time to time and it's very rare that I have misunderstandings, except sometimes with the manager in the morning who is not in a good mood. But the evening team always welcoming. “I came into your downtown location Thursday evening around 8:30 PM. My waiter’s name was Steve. The food was very good as usual, the service was good until it came time for dessert. I asked the waiter for your famous strawberry cheesecake. He replied to me “ we are completely out” I had a hard time believing it, but I paid and I left.“

You left me with high expectations after just seeing your classic burger. It was very good but I would suggest a double. The patties were juicy with crispy edges and were fantastic. “Food is ok not great considering I've been to other Timeout market around the world. This is more larger options of food. Other Time outs generally serves smaller portions allowing consumers a variety. these place the plate is large and in charge. This is the smallest thing I had.“

When you buy a burger for delivery, you expect a certain level of deterioration with the delivery process. As such, these burgers have no business being this delicious after being in a paper bag and a car for as long as they are. Fries are meh, burgers are excellent. I've ordered three times in the last month from there. My new go-to burger place.“

“Very busy with the soccer on the tv. Decided to sit outside patio, much nicer. There was a group of people at the next table who were disruptive and rude, sneaking in through the patio door and then expecting to be served. The manager Lanora came and spoke to them quite politely and explained that there was a waitlist and their name was for the inside not patio. They were quite disruptive and impolite. Kind of ruined the rest of our meal. Manager was quite professional.“

“Our family went to Burger Ranch for dinner because we were in the mood for some burgers. They seem to have much more than that, but we took all of us the Smashburger options. The kids loved theirs, my wife and I loved the hours too. The vegan cheese and smashed with delicious!
Very friendly staff and quick service, which we appreciate appreciated a lot.
The burgers were very flavourful and their buns were brioche style, so soft and beyond delicious! And they also have tons of sauces that they put on the tables that are really yummy to dip the burgers and fries in.
Definitely will go again!

The service is great. I ordered the combo #4 so a burger and poutine. It tasted great. The gravy was a little iffy, though.“

I just wish the patty had a bit more of a charred, smoky flavor. That said, it’s still a decent burger, just slightly overpriced for what you get. Atmosphere is clean, and service was pretty quick.“

“I'm a local Verdunian. With the construction post I wanted to go support the resto! The taste of the food was good, well cooked, but it did take over an hour for the main to be served. The staff should stir the soup before plating as mine was pure liquid and someone else got tons of shrimps and goodies. Also the Bavette was well cooked/seasoned but I did find the dish and protein cut size and sides small given it was the most $ on the menu.“
