The service is described as the best ever encountered at any A&W, with Gérard, the store supervisor, being supper nice and ensuring everything was ok. Gérard is a passionate worker whose happiness transitions to his amazing work, and he was nice to demanding kids. The staff are loved, and with Gérard and the rest of the new staff, this is a totally different A&W that customers will want to come back to. There are vegetarian options like the beyobd burger, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible with a floor level entrance and mechanic door button.
