“4 of us ate,2 of us ordered the French toast with caramelized apples and within 15 minutes of leaving were hit with explosive diarhea. The other 2 who had different egg dishes were fine. I have had the same order at several Ben & Florentines over the years and never had this experience elsewhere. I have always enjoyed my meals in the past, this would appear to be a problem with this particular kitchen“

“We were greeted with a warm smile. The professionalism of the staff really stood out, particularly Garo and Yannick, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable.

The highlight of the visit was undoubtedly the food.

Garo and Yannick were exceptionally attentive, making sure our coffee cups were never empty and checking in on us just the right amount.

“We have lunch as a whole gang every Friday morning early before going to work at that of St Eustache, the waiters and waitresses are extremely nice and helpful, the food is excellent, the atmosphere is pleasant. The staff is awesome and offer great personalized service to each guest. They offer gluten free options and the food is AMAZINGLY delicious and hot! The orders arrive quickly and presentation is nice + there's a lot of food! Prices are just! Always worth it to travel 2 hours to brunch

“Once seated, the waitress asked me right away what I wanted to drink. Since I had never been there, I asked her to give us a few minutes. In the span of 5 minutes, two other waitresses asked us what we wanted to drink. Once, I ordered the drinks (I was ready to order brunch), but we had to wait for the waitress who takes the orders for food. I just found it odd that there is one waitress for drinks and another for the food. Food and drinks were good.

Parking: The restaurant is wedged between another restaurant and commercial spaces. The parking is very small and tight. It was not a pleasant getting the car out.“

On commande l'assiete gourmand avec des oeufs pochés, elle amène des oeufs brouillés, avant même que nous ayons le temps de lui dire quelque chose, elle est partie. Nous attendons 6 minutes avant de manger pour voir si elle va venir nous demandez si tout est correct pour pouvoir lui en faire part mais elle ne ce présente pas et est introuvable, donc ma fille mange ses oeufs brouillés froids... Presque 30 minutes plus tard, elle nous demande si nous allons prendre des boites pour emporter ce que nous n'avons pas manger, je lui fait part que nous allons prendre une seule boite puisque je n'ai pas aimer mon assiette de grilled cheese (je n'ai même pas mangé la moitié de la moitié), elle le ramasse et part. Elle amène la boîte pour emporter et la facture, n'offre rien pour compenser et ne dit absolument rien. J'attends plusieurs minutes pour payer la facture, je demande même à un autre serveur si c'est possible de payer la facture avec lui et il me répond que non que ça sera avec ma serveuse donc j'attends... Au moment de payer, je ne laisse pas de pourboire parce que selon moi ce dernier va avec le service reçu, dans ce cas presque aucun et celui donné comporte des erreurs. Ella n'a pas vu que j'étais entrain de passer devant le poste d'accueil pour partir et je l'entends dire à d'autres serveurs/ses que je n'ai pas laissé de pourboire, une serveuse lui à même dit "peut-être sur la table". Well Jennifer, ton service aux tables et ton service à la clientèle n'était aucunement à la hauteur d'un pourboire.“

“This branch of L'oeufrier is excellent. I don't really understand the negative comments from previous reviews. The menu is funny, varied and interesting. My patati, Suzuki style (the Canadian player) was really perfect. The service is attentive and fast. It’s true that we visited on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was not too busy. Our waitress even stopped to explain to me how to calculate the tip using my phone! I was touched by this attention. We will come back!“

We reserved La Piazza st Sylvestre, 2 couples 2 rooms and buffet at 9 p.m. We were all very very satisfied....Welcome with a gift in the room awaited us, a buffet of choice and quality, Starters Lobster bisque, seafood, filet mignon, fish, desserts there was everything for all tastes, pleasantly surprised, good value for money, and impeccable service. “I had eaten in this location 3 years ago and I gave 5 stars from the food, to the service, to the cleanliness and maintenance of the building. But, today I have to say I was disappointed like I have never been by a breakfast restaurant. The food was horrible; fruits were not fresh. Specifically the strawberry seemed to be served from frozen. The philly steak in the omelette, well we took 2-3 spoonful and then the rest went straight to the trash. The potato cubes were very bland and sad. There were between 10-15 tables and only two waiters, so we had to wait and wait every time we needed anything which was maybe 2-3 times. The state of the restaurant itself was horrible. There was a good layer of dust on the edges of the banquets separating the tables. There were missing or non-functional bulbs hanging from the ceiling all around. The carpet at the entrance were full of dead leaves, looking like it wasn't cleaned for quite a few days. All in all, I believe the owner has been cutting in every possible way to increse the in-flow of benefits, but nothing to make customers return to this location.“

“I tried the halloumi and chorizo casserole. While the flavors were pleasant, there was a major issue with the dish’s foundation: the potatoes. The casserole is designed to mix its components (chorizo, hollandaise sauce, egg, and sun-dried tomatoes) with the potatoes, but they are served in large, unchopped pieces. This makes it difficult to blend the ingredients properly, and you’re left struggling to mix it all together. The potatoes themselves were disappointing—some of the worst I’ve had at any breakfast chain.

Despite the dish falling short, the service was outstanding. Our server went above and beyond, ensuring we had a great experience with her communication and attentiveness. Overall, while the meal was underwhelming, the service made the visit worthwhile.

Parking: The parking is free - but if it gets busy, it becomes very difficult to find parking nearby - this is especially bad during the colder months.

Kid-friendliness: There are two large plush dolls of Minnie and Mickey. They also have high chairs, a kids menu and provide crayons for kids to draw while you wait.“

Excellent choice and the service from Mathew was friendly and excellent and the food was equally as good too. Highly recommended and definitely will come back and definitely ask for Mathew. Mais n’allez pas là pour manger et relaxer et/ou discuter avec des amis ou la famille. Il y a un line up en permanence et le staff est limite insistant pour prendre vos commandes rapidement. Une fois qu’on a mangé, assiettes parties en 30 secondes et nous amène la facture avec la machine Interac. Discuter 5 minutes et le staff nous regarde comme des taches qui collent. Au prix qu’on paye on mérite de finir notre café sans sentir qu’on dérange ! C’est pas comme si on était restés deux heures à prendre des refils gratos. Dans un autre langage, je dirais que c’est un resto « mange pis decriss ».“
