“A very warm, friendly place with a great selection of breakfast / brunch options.

Servings are generous, and prices are fair. Ingredients are always fresh, presentation is good, and the service is fast, friendly, and attentive. Breads, including the English muffins which are the base for their Eggs Benedict, are baked fresh in-house.

The restaurant is run by a super friendly and hard-working family. I always stop by here when I'm in town.

Parking: Depending on the time of day, it's usually fairly easy to find a parking spot within one block“

“It is a very popular spot, which doesn’t surprise me because the food was delicious. I got the pesto Benedict and it was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, the staff was super nice, and we got our food very fast after ordering. My only ick is where we were seated. The table is way too low compared to the bench that it made it a bit uncomfortable to eat.“

After waiting longer than usual for the waitress (it wasn’t that busy this time) and having to hunt her down for the bill she decided to attempt to school me on tipping and percentages. May I suggest learning some basic math before trying to shame me into tipping more? She tried to tell me my tip was less than 15% when it was in fact much more. Also a tip is a courtesy and not a given. What an ugly way to start my day. I have moved onto the other breakfast place a couple blocks away.“

They don't make 'em like this anymore and they are a rare find; a real authentic diner where the staff works their posterior off for you, and you can see it, right in front of you, in a floor, thats worn thin of year upon years of sucessfull service.

“We were greeted with a warm smile. The professionalism of the staff really stood out, particularly Garo and Yannick, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable.

The highlight of the visit was undoubtedly the food.

Garo and Yannick were exceptionally attentive, making sure our coffee cups were never empty and checking in on us just the right amount.

“I had to wait outside for a bit at 10:15, but there was coffee to warm up and they took our names down. We waited about 20 minutes, but it was worth it. The atmosphere was cool, the employees were friendly and I really liked my eggs benedict with salmon gravlax. I'm going to have to go back because I was hesitating between four different options!“

“Nice establishment for lunch. Meal for 14 people on a Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. Fast service. The portions are generous and well stocked. The children's plates are also very well stocked. The whole family was satisfied. Price similar to a dinner or dinner, on average the plates are $15-20. My lunch poutine meal was served hot and garnished with green onions and a few arugula leaves. No reservations on weekends.
