So, following up on my 5 star rating ✨, I can tell you with conviction that I was greatly satisfied with the cordially friendly, polite and courteous service provided by your employees. The food is fresh and delicious, perfectly dosed coffee...all served with a smile. The place is spotless, inviting, comfortable and well laid out. “We had a very pleasant experience at this Starbucks location. The barista who helped us was so kind — we tried ordering in French even though we don’t speak it very well, and she was very patient and friendly with us.

I ordered the Latte pacanes croquantes avec boisson à l’avoine, and I absolutely loved it! The flavor is unique, with just the right touch of sweetness — it honestly reminded me of a cookie. Simply delicious.

Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely come back to this location!“

“This is the first time I've gone to innate coffee shops, I asked a lot of questions to get a better coffee than I'm currently drinking. François answered all my questions with enthusiasm and knowledge. He recommended a cafe from Mexico for me to try. The coffee is much better than what I currently drink. I give a 5 star for their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend and I will definitely go back.“

“Mr Puffs is a fantastic place. The concept is unique and I so greatly wish they would open a shop in the USA. Come to the Natick Mall in Massachusetts as your first stop! You’ll do great!
Their prices are really fair. They could charge 50% more in the USA, and they would do well.
The Puffs were hot, slightly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside every single time I went.
The Mont-Olympe option pairs the puffs with ice cream. You can choose the ice cream flavor, the ice cream shell, and the puffs topping. There are so many options. I went with the Dulce De Leche each time. It was too good.
Something about the hot puffs with cold ice cream was just splendid.
The portion is huge and the sugar is strong! ? So I advise sharing with someone. I shared each time and we both left fully satisfied. A third wheel would have also enjoyed and we’d all be happy when you pick the 8 puff option.
I can’t speak highly enough of Mr Puffs. I was really impressed. I hope to go again soon. And if you open near me, I’ll be your first customer. Or area adviser! Anything to get you here.

Parking: There are a few spots in the parking lot outside, but there are also plenty of street spots.

Kid-friendliness: Every kid would love eating sweets here! Everything is also shareable and fairly priced.“

“The red exterior TimHorton sign does not work so in the evening you have the impression that the restaurant is closed. I had excellent, very fast service, me and my partner had 2 coffees and I had to negotiate with the clerk to drink inside because they had closed the section to chairs and tables... it was 9 p.m. closes at 10pm so not inviting.

Parking: The Timhorton is in the middle of a chain store so there is plenty of parking.
