“C'est le seul Tim Hortons où les employés sont compétents. Je n'y ai jamais eu de problème, alors que Dieu sait que c'est toujours difficile d'avoir un bon service habituellement dans un Tim... En plus ils sont hyper rapides! Le matin, il y a beau avoir une file de 10 voitures, je suis toujours servie en moins de 3 minutes! Bravo à tous les employés:)“

“Lovely, inviting place. The best grilled smoked meat and cheese sandwich on the planet! We went everyday on our visit to Montreal and I recommend this place to locals and visitors alike. Ask Romain for a lavender London Fog and you will not be disappointed!“

“Our family of six had breakfast here. We ordered matcha latte, iced matcha, macchiato, cappuccino , steak and egg sandwich, chicken sandwich , egg and ham sandwich, and pancakes. Their pancakes tasted really organic and fresh; all sandwiches were freshly made and delicious, but the steak sandwich was particularly tasty. The space is tight though. But I love the city small cafe atmosphere.“

“was buying starbucks' true north blonde roast for awhile. my place of work brews the veranda blend where i got introduced to light roast coffee. had no idea blonde roast even existed to be honest. noticed 49th parallel had a light roast variety of their own. bought a bag of epic espresso just to sample it but i keep coming back for more. excellent coffee and my new favorite ! ☕“

“Stumbled upon this place with in old Montreal seeking a brunch spot. There was a line out the door, however the inside is quite small. It’s not a true sit down spot, you order and take a number to a table — we went elsewhere because there were no tables available (note that most of the tables are more casual seating like couches with a small low table of a couple bar seats). We grabbed coffee and a croissant - both were 10/10, would try to return on a quieter day to try the food… it looked great!“

“This cafe is SUCH a gem. I stumbled upon it while looking for a nearby place to work and I couldn't be happier I went back multiple days in a row. All of the beverage options are delicious and crafted so well. The atmosphere is cozy indoors with beautiful eclectic furniture and curated decor. I felt like I was working from my kitchen table like I used to growing up. There's also a small outdoor seating area for nice days too. The service is really friendly and warm as well. Very happy to find this spot!“

“Started last Friday’s day off with a stop at the amazing Cafe dei Campi. Fully veganized Italian pastries and small pizzas. Soups and salads too but I stuck to the Italian specialties. Hazelnut filled tortellini melt in your mouth pastries. Amarettis and Biscotti. The essential Italian cafe’s big espresso machine which makes the perfect double espresso with the layer of crema and their cappuccino with perfect foam. Accompanied with a flaky delicious cornetto, it felt like heaven. Much chatting with my friend and a necessary second cornetto and espresso completed our visit by closing time. We had lucked out with a table. Had a great rest of the day that right from the start, arriving at the cafe there was a couple with their little boy wearing a Metallica t-shirt. Of course I had to comment, he was so cute and responsive to my speaking to him. And found out he’s a true fan of heavy metal music, this beautiful 4 year old boy named Sandro. So the day was pretty perfect.🖤“

Niché au bout de la rue Chabot dans le Plateau Est, ce petit café de quartier est un véritable bijou culinaire. Le menu est court, mais chaque plat est maîtrisé avec soin. La tarte aux tomates du Québec est une merveille : pâte feuilletée parfaite, tomates savoureuses, cheddar vieilli, le tout relevé d’herbes de Provence... un pur plaisir. “I love the atmosphere here, it is super charming and the staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. My latte was perfectly made, and you can tell they actually care about the quality of their drinks.

It can get a little busy and the service takes a bit longer during the morning rush, but the vibes make up for it. It is easily one of the nicest spots in the area to grab a drink and unwind.“

“@ Matcha holds a special place in my heart. Nestor, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming, and you can truly feel the care and passion he puts into everything he does.

Every time I go there, it feels like a new experience: there is always something to discover, whether it’s a new tea preparation, one of his pieces of art, or just a thoughtful conversation.

The space has such a warm and calming atmosphere, and the quality of the matcha is amazing. I always leave feeling happy and inspired.

“The food was so good. I got to try their lentil soup with bread. As desserts, I got the Matcha-gato with saffron ice cream. Surprisingly, it blends well with the matcha. To describe it, the matcha is more herbal and milky from the saffron ice cream… it’s a unique combination, but I actually like how the matcha-gato is made :) For the drinks, I got to try their Galaxy Rose and their Hot Pistachio drinks. For the Galaxy Rose, it’s a sweet, yet herbal taste. It has a hint of orange, marshmallow-y flavor, along with the butterfly pea tea herbs and saffron. That’s a 10/10 for me.
For the Hot Pistachio, it’s very nutty and milky that actually taste like an actual roasted pistachio compared to other cafes I’ve tried where it has a medicinal/artificial taste. With that being said, this is probably my fav cafe place to get a Pistachio drink if you guys like Pistachio. This is also a 10/10 for me

The service is very good. We were able to get a refill for the bread for our lentil soup, we also got free water and Ali, the staff, welcomed us with warmth. I’m definitely going there again !

The atmosphere is nice. The place is filled with Persian and Iranian decor and a pretty chill spot to study.

“I recently discovered this place and now I go here everyday! The food is so good and the atmosphere is very cozy and friendly. My favourite item on the menu is queijadinha. I can eat 5 of them easily at one sitting, dangerously good. Good coffee too. Highly recommended!“

“This is a very good boulangerie located along Mont-Royal Ave East that is open from 7am to 6pm daily. They have a fair sized indoor seating area, many visitors seem to pop in for morning take-away. There was a short queue when we arrived 7.30am midweek. You'll find a nice range of mostly French style breads, tarts, pastries and bakery products. We particularly liked their quiche and almond filled croissants. Coffees served up on the day were very good as well. This seemed like a great boulangerie, one we'd like visit regularly if we lived in the area. Would gladly revisit next time in Montreal.“
