“It is corona virus time so we got delivery from Uber. Going back to Village Sechuan and caveau sechuan days, I am a very fussy chinese food eater. I have eaten excellent chinese food in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver. Restaurant Ping offers literally the BEST i have eaten in years. And it is in Montreal! We ordered from the Newman location. The food was hot, freshly made for the order, spicing, texture incredible! I can’t wait to be able to go eat there in person. Only downfall was the price. Very pricy, but truth be told, we agreed that we were very happy to pay the prices for the quality of what we recieved👏!“

“I like Chinese food and this restaurant is fabulous, food and service super, I had a problem with my kids , let’s be honest it’s not a place for toddlers, they were running and the waiter complained about it and told us that we should handle our kids.

“The noodles here slap. Literally, you can see them stretching and slapping the hand pulled noodles through the window. I like the Lanzhou Beef Noodles spicy version. I think the broth could be better, it tastes a bit flat. But overall, it’s good value to eat in and have a bowl of noodles, especially as the weather gets colder.“
