“Very busy with the soccer on the tv. Decided to sit outside patio, much nicer. There was a group of people at the next table who were disruptive and rude, sneaking in through the patio door and then expecting to be served. The manager Lanora came and spoke to them quite politely and explained that there was a waitlist and their name was for the inside not patio. They were quite disruptive and impolite. Kind of ruined the rest of our meal. Manager was quite professional.“

As usual despite being very busy the food and drinks came efficiently. Overall a staple in Laval albeit the pricing is getting quite expensive.

“I had a very pleasant birthday lunch at ZIBO Centropolis with a friend. We were served by Gabryel, who was attentive, kind, and professional throughout our visit. As a lovely birthday surprise, he brought me a delicious complimentary dessert, which was greatly appreciated.

It had been quite some time since my last visit to ZIBO, and I was pleasantly surprised by the menu. There were several new dishes I had never tried before, and even the dessert was something new to me. Everything was excellent, and I truly enjoyed the experience.

“Atmosphere could use much improvement. The Laval location is from the 80’s and looks like it hasn’t seen an update since its opening. It has washed out seats, stained ceiling tiles and very poor dark lighting. It was nice to eat outside. The food is amazing and the reason I’ve been going for over 50 years. With the expensive cost of eating out you need to offer a trio or loyalty card. I remember when Dic was alive he wouldn’t charge me for my fountain soda drinks. I miss Dic and those days. We need a West Island location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“

“Ah, Canada's burger joint. I stopped in to our local Harvey's burger place in Rosemere. I tried a double 1/4 pounder burger. It did not disappoint. Big juicy tasty burger with fries. It doesn't get better than this. Must go back. The place is big and clean. The staff is on the ball taking care of the place. We'll done. One of my preferred Harvey's restaurants.“
