“On October 10, 2024, I had a very special gastronomic experience in a restaurant at Carrefour Laval. At dinner time, at New York Fries at Carrefour Laval, I was treated to a large poutine named in my honor: the “Seb” poutine. In this poutine, there are (if I remember correctly): fries, cheese curds, pieces of pickles and merguez, cheese sauce and brown sauce for poutine, pieces of bacon and the all served with a fountain drink. It was a real treat!“

“I was looking for something quick and good, so I stopped by Crazy Falafel in Laval, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The Crazy Rocket and the Soussok sandwich are amazing, and for the price, you really can’t go wrong. The food is extremely fresh—made and out the door in no time. You honestly can’t ask for more, especially at this price point. If you’re hungry and want something tasty, you have to give this place a shot. Worth every penny.“

It’s a bit small for the price but the thin bread is a nice concept. Friendly service although I have to advise the manager not to scream at your employees and even less if you have clients around. During the time that I’ve sat in the dining area, they really take care of the cleanliness of the lobby, also checks if the straws are restocked enough or if the drink machine area has spills around… They constantly come out to make sure everything’s fine. In other locations though, I could see trash being overfilled and dirty so I mean.. that tells me a lot about their standard. Everything was well organized and the staff was efficient, great experience overall.“
