“I just ordered their cauliflower poutine. It was delicious!! I highly recommend this place. The food is freshly made and they have their own special recipes. They have alot of vegetarian options and they are halal. The owners are very friendly and they serve every client with care. Another interesting thing is that there is some free arcade to play inside the restaurant.

“I was traveling from Toronto to Montreal and was craving some Indian food. The price was amazing, and the food was great! I wish we had one in the GTA. I got the butter chicken Thali and you get alot of food for $20 The mixed veggies are the best. A must try!“

“My wife and I went to Mehfil a few days ago. We travelled from Mont Tremblant to eat there. We’ve taken out food from the St Jerome Mehfil location before but wanted to try the location in Laval. Anyway, the shahi paneer was delicious. The tandoori chicken was also very tasty. The naan bread was awesome. The atmosphere was pleasant with some Indian music playing via the tv. I would recommend Mehfil. I can’t wait for the opening of the Mehfil in St Sauveur. ❤️“

“Dine-in location is fully renovated and has a nice indian ambiance. Food is of very high quality with an incredibly affordable price tag. Take-out options are quick and convenient. I go there maybe 3-4 times a year, staff is always friendly and accommodating. Will definitely try to go more often! Well done Dosa Pointe“

“This place truly takes the win for the best, most authentic Indian food in Montréal. I have been looking for a place like this for a long time, luckily enough my many indian friends recommended me this place. Don't get me wrong this is a hole in a wall restaurant totalling 12 chairs and 3 tables. The decor and amenities are barely holding up but if it's what it takes to get some real Indian food then so be it.
The chicken tikka was absolutely delightful, the chicken madrasi was melting in my mouth. I think they truly marinate their meats for a long time, not sure though. Oh and its cheaper than most Indian restaurants today..“

“Today I have had another wonderful meal by Indien Express. The food was amazing! I have been eating at Indien Express for years, both in their elegant dinning room and ordering out. Every experience with this establishment has been excellent, delicious and without a flaw. I have brought friends and family when they come to visit from out of town and everyone has always been very pleased with the dinning experience. Some have been vegetarian like me, and we there is an excellent selection for various types of the diets. The staff have been courteous, knowledgeable, and very efficient whether in person or on the phone. The very nice lady who delivers my orders has been especially kind and gone out of her way to be as helpful as possible every time. Thank you Indien Express for your wonderful service, and all the wonderful food.“

“Although I have had samosas and sweets from Krishna's many times over the years, my first actual visit to their store was two weeks ago. In advance, I ordered 200 samosas for a funeral. They served them to me fresh out of the fryer. I was given almost too much delicious sweet tamarind chutney. The samosas, as always, were perfect. Karan also gave me some serving trays, which I did not think to bring for serving them at the funeral reception.
I appreciate their kind service and wonderful food. Do not hesitate to order from them. I look forward to visiting them again soon for a box of sweets, pakoras, and more samosas!“

“I was a regular of their buffet restaurant in Pierrefonds 25-30 years ago, before I moved from Quebec. Yesterday I ordered a whole bunch of their stuff, over $200 for take home in Hawkesbury to put in my freezer and it is absolutely delicious! I am amazed of the high-quality and I am going to be a regular customer for takeout from now on.

“Everyone who 1 stars this restaurant has 3 reviews or less usually—THAT DOES NOT SEEM SUSPICIOUS AT ALL, DOES IT? The facts are: this restaurant is the best Indian restaurant in Montreal, period. I challenge you to find me Saag anywhere in the city better than IBV—YOU CAN'T! Everyone who leaves one star reviews for this restaurant is a fake reviewer working with one of their Parc Ex competitors—where there are dozens of other Indian restaurants who are all viciously competing for each other's business—but that's also the good news: they take the quality so seriously in this neighbourhood that it's an all out WAR for your dollars. Don't believe the haterz—IBV RULES FOREVER!!“

“The server (often the same) is very efficient. The service is not bad, always fast and courteous.
The food is very good, although we feel that the condiments and sauce are not prepared at the same time (the meat can sometimes be dry even in sauce) and that the mulligatawny soup is full of red coloring.
The atmosphere is good, except in winter with the persistent sound of the heating at the entrance.“

“We have been going to Kwality for over 15 years now, and regularly too! The butter chicken is the most authentic you can find in Montreal, and we've had time to try other places and compare and keep coming back here. The biryanis, samosas, curries, naans, rolls, really mostly everything we've tried is absolutely delicious and fresh. Rani is the lady at the front, and you will receive a smile in addition all kinds of suggestions to fit your tastebuds and choices. The mithais (sweets) are a must try, all absolutely delicious.
Vegetarian options: There's tons & varieties of options for me as a vegetarian along with non-veg choices for my family.“

“This place serves the closest to authentic northern Indian restaurant-style (Delhi/Punjabi food in particular) food you can get in Montreal, or perhaps in North America. If you value a perfectly cooked Naan, a little charred on the outside, beautifully soft inside, lathered with garlic/butter/coriander, a little stretchy---this literally may be the only place in North America aside from places in Toronto and the Bay Area where you may be able to find this (although I personally have not). I certainly can vouch for not having the pleasure of eating such good naan in New Jersey, where you'd expect to find some of the most authentic Indian restaurants. The Daal makhani is amazing (although it is not of the Motimahal style; I preferred Lajawaab's!). The shahi paneer and kadhai paneer are absolutely phenomenal. The butter chicken is what any restaurant in Delhi would be proud to serve. Again I go back to the Naan. If you like good naan and have missed it sorely from your time in India, well this place can be your savior.“
