I gave 5 stars mainly for the value you get out of what you paid for. I ordered #12 and you get A LOT of noodles and beef from it! Taste wise, I'd grade it a little under 4 stars, mainly because there isn't enough flavor... It isn't particularly salty, not spicy, kinda everything in the middle... Leaving nothing impactful.For their #12, I'd suggest the owner thoroughly rinse the noodles before serving, you could taste the "soapy" flavor from it...Their MI cha is good, it tastes...read full review
I took Number 11: Salad Num Banh Chok, it tasted very much like my authentic yeiyei's and my ming's version!We waited a bit but it was very much worth it, soooo much flavour and the presentation was neat! It's clear that it was made with a lot of love <333PS. Also THE BEST Spring Rolls I've ever tasted from a restaurant. Spring rolls are usually a miss in most asian restaurants because they're made cheap but these are REAL QUALITY spring rolls, DELICIOUS!!
