The building may not be inviting since it's in a neighborhood of large industrial buildings. But the owner is very warm and the wraps (I had BLT and Chicken/Avocado) are delicious. They are normal size, but I was very hungry. The atmosphere is correct, there could be some music, however there are tables outside. To visit ! They are very good dishes, not expensive with a human service :) 9$/wrap with taxes.
