We ordered 4 pumpkin spice ice coffees and they were horrible!!! The syrup was frozen and clumped at the bottom of the coffee and wouldn’t mix with the coffee no matter how much you stirred it. Very disappointed! Will go to Starbucks next time where they know how to make specialty coffees.
On a better note their pumpkin spice donut was good.

Tim Hortons offers excellent service with kind employees serving quickly. The Oreo Iced capp with whipped cream was delicious. Some inconvenience with needing a key for the bathroom. Another customer experienced exemplary service with an exact order. However, a different customer found the food tasting off, service slow, and staff inattentive. Administration may need to address these issues.
