“Super endroit qui accepte les chiens en laisse j’ai pu travailler et déguster un bon café et un sandwich et que dire de la limonade à la rhubarbe délicieuse. Le personnel était super gentil et avenant. C’est beau et l’ambiance était super j’étais supposer écouter une formation mais la musique était trop bonne donc j’ai travaillé sur autre chose 😅“

“J'ai commander Le Réveillon, La Sève, et L'Ete Indien. C'est vraiment mes cafés préférés! Ils sont exceptionnels. Les arômes et goûts sont exactement comme décrits dans la description d'arôme sur le site. Je trouve ces cafés très smooth et délicieux. La prochaine fois, je vais sûrement commander 5 kg de ces trois. Incroyable☕️“

“I cannot say enough good things about this tiny, delicious café! We were fortunate to be staying just around the corner and happened upon it our first morning in Quebec – we returned every single day when we were in town and enjoyed talking with the owner, trying so many delicious pastries – the basque cheesecake was incredible! We also had canales, a tart and a cinnamon bun- as well as cappuccinos and cortados. Truly everything was delicious!“
“Le café est excellent. Seul bémol c'est dans le cas d'une machine automatique. Dans ma commande les grains étaient tous très huileux dans les sacs donc pas super pour une machine automatique. Mais café goûteux.“

“Petit déjeuner samedi matin: pancakes a la citrouille. Je suis seule mais pas seul. Un bel endroit où je me sens comme chez une amie. Le service est toujours courtois. Je suis la seule dépassée 40 ans .Tout le monde s'en fout! Merci aux administrateurs ou trices de choisir du personnel aussi gentil et accueillant!“

“This is the only café in Quebec City that satisfies all my criteria:
- Good espresso (allongé)
- Comfortable seating in spacious environment (virtually no students hoarding the place)
- Amicable service workers (baristas, etc.)
I love the U-shaped corner seat in particular. Because this shop is in industrial area, there is not usually a lot of people at the same time, which allows me thoroughly enjoy this quiet café from time to time, whenever I need break from the monotony of my own (still brilliant) home-office. A change in environment can shift one's thoughts & ideas.
I've only tried the coffee here, so cannot comment on the food.“

“Nous avons adoré notre expérience au Siberia spa cet hiver. Les installations sont nombreuses et diversifiées.les espaces de détente avec foyer sont confortables mais bruyant pour s'y installer, étant donné que c'est des hamacs assis. le bain vapeur serait agréable qu'il soit moins chaud, car on ne peut rester très longtemps. Peut-etre un petit ajustement à faire au niveau de la température. nous aurions aimé qu'il y ait un sablier dans chaque sauna pour établir un temps désiré à l'intérieur. Mettre l'heure dans les installations de détente serait un point positif à y ajouter.“

“Best coffee I've ever had really just outside the old city great location and atmosphere, very nice staff on st jean ( John) street on one of coolest street in Quebec City it's the Bohemian neighborhood with many shops and restaurants with a great atmosphere just outside the old city but is one of a oldest neighborhoods in the city great pubs as well.“

“Great roastery to have your coffee, super welcoming and very kind and patient staff. I recommend it 100%, my grandparents tell me it's one of the best coffees they've had in Quebec! The pain au chocolats are delicious, I highly recommend“

“Always fast service, nice employees, drinks are good and the student discount is a nice bonus. I have been coming every week with friends for a year, the atmosphere is always very pleasant. I highly recommend coming on a sunny day because they open the garage door and you can enjoy the sun!“

“Making a gourmet stop at Brûlerie Rousseau on the very pretty rue Cartier in Quebec City is the guarantee of tasting, for example, the seasonal pumpkin latte prepared by a barista, accompanied by your choice of bagels, cakes, blueberry scones and others sweets. Enough to leave refreshed to explore the many shops of this very pleasant and intimate district.“

“Fantastic matcha. The best matcha I’ve found in Canada overall, it had a clean, umami taste. Not fishy like some of the matchas I’ve had in the area (no clue why this is the case). The barista asked for allergies before recommending anything, which was very thoughtful.“

“Fantastic place to play with my laptop during a weekday when the mall attracts less crowd compared to weekends and holidays. So relaxing. A cup of allongé with ~50g of unsalted butter I bring with me is equivalent to eating an ice cream if you are ketogenic adapted.“

“My friend and I visited this afternoon on our way to the train station; even with large suitcases in tow we were able to tuck them into a corner and were welcomed by the staff and the kitties. This cafe is very cozy and feels more like being invited into someone’s home than a commercial coffee house; that said, the croissant and mocha are on par - if not better than - other coffee shops in the area, especially in terms of value for price. The cats all seemed happy, and it was nice to see them napping openly around the cafe - a sure sign that they trust their environment and their humans! As well, it’s so refreshing to see a business that makes an active effort to be inclusive in their hiring practices, in terms of prioritizing employment opportunities for persons with disabilities, with autistm, etc. We look forward to coming back the next time we are in Quebec!“
