“I’ve been to many Korean restaurants in my lifetime and I have to say that Mon Ami Express rates as one of the best. I ordered the Bibimbap with spicy pork and the japchae. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. Generous portions at a great price. In fact, I went back the next day and ordered the very same thing. I highly recommend this establishment if you are ever in the Longueuil area. Top notch!“

“Hard to find something to complain about this place.

Placed an order by phone and the lady was unbelievably nice and cooperative. She even let me know that it was cheaper to place an order by phone than by Uber/DD (highly recommend doing that!).

The food was immaculate. I've tried a lot of dumplings in Mtl and none compares to these. Dumplings overflow with flavor, even if it's just pork and chives. They fried them to perfection; not too little, not too much. Takoyakis were perfectly cooked; crispy outside, melting in the middle with plenty of squid bits. And their wonton soup tastes like REAL wonton soup, none of that dishwasher water tasting crap from other takeouts.

Clearly a spot that knows how to put love in their craft! Will most definitely come back!“

“Came to Montreal on holidays but craving for Chinese food. The Sichuan dishes here lack of Mala flavor (numbing and spicy flavor) but I guess it’s adapted to local taste. Although not completed satisfied, it did give some sort of comfort to my cravings. Service here is slow and not excellent.

Also they have two types of La Zi Ji ( spicy chili chicken) which I haven’t never seen in any restaurants, one with bones and the other without bones. The one without bones is actually not authentic at all, it’s just fried chicken with some chills, more catered for westerns. The one with bones? My advice is not to have La Zi Ji with bones as most authentic La Zi Ji dishes don’t come with bones.“

“The restaurant is in a residential area and was busy, so it's worth making a reservation.
The waitresses are very friendly and attentive, for example: Water is always refilled quickly. The food also came quickly from the kitchen.
It tasted delicious, but was relatively lightly seasoned and didn't taste that strong. Even the dishes marked spicy on the menu were mild to not spicy at all.“

“J'adore leurs grosses crevettes au sésame !!! Quand je commande, je commande toujours le « Combo C - Deluxe Szechuan ». Il est généreux et c'est largement suffisant pour 2 personnes, selon moi. Je n'ai jamais mangé sur place, j'ai toujours commandé pour ramasser le repas. La commande a toujours été prête rapidement, soit dans les 15 min. suivant ma commande. This place was great, loved it, small but the food is amazing, the service was kind and super quick and the ambiance very nice too.
We loved it, flavor wise it was bomb, the only note would be to add more meat to the kimchi rice and bibimbap, but honestly the other flavors kinda make it up for us.
The menu is simple, not too extensive and a lot of different choices, also I think price wise the portions are super good. We totally recommend it. Would probably go again, for sure. The highlight for us was the Duk Bok Kki, super tasty, very nice portion and steamy hot ?we also had peach soju with it, so good.

It was very delicious, omg, we really liked it, the taste was perfect, the service was very fast, they served very kindly and the place is cozy. I think the only note we made was that we would like a little more meat in the portions but the other add-ins and flavors make up for it well, so, well, it wasn't bad.
We loved the Duk Bok Kki, it was so delicious, so hot, and the portion, for an appetizer, was a very good size. We arrived early and it was a bit empty but people started arriving without spending too much time afterwards, so I think that speaks volumes. of its popularity.

“My second visit and still just as tasty and pleasant. The prices are really affordable. Instead of going to a buffet I really prefer to go to the panda dumpling. Small family business, frankly, it's worth it. I will definitely come back!
