Sesame - Bistro Asiatique offers a simple Asian cuisine experience. The interior is nice, with beautiful plate presentations and good service. The fun boisterous lunchtime crowd enjoys delicious Asian-themed food, cocktails and mocktails. Specific meals include the crispy orange beef, which was delicious for some but a little disappointing for others given the price. Shrimp dumplings and a mocktail were loved, and one partner said it was the best poke ever. The tasting menu for two is absolutely delicious, especially when topped off with the black sesame ice cream. For groups, a dinner for 18 was greeted well, though they could not accommodate a single table. The bao with Tao chicken was slightly dry and missing sauce, while the peanut butter dumplings were quite sweet. Overall, the food is okay, and the service is simple and pleasant.
